Paul came right when he said he would and gave us an estimate, then came in just two days and did the job completely and well and with a guarantee transferable to the new owner.

Paul was able to come over same day to provide an estimate. After reviewing, he actually advised that we could save some money by doing the work ourselves since the mold was dead and not dangerous to remove, and gave detailed steps on how to go about it. I asked him for an estimate anyway, and his price was extremely reasonable, so we hired him. He was very prompt, easy to work with, and did a great job. He replaced the drywall that had evidence of mold, cleaned and re-skimmed areas that were stained, but did not have evidence of mold; and he actually went above and beyond, patching some drywall issues outside the scope of original work. I would hire him again without reservation and will recommend him to anyone else who needs help with mold or other water damage.

Great Guy! Stands behind his work. We needed a five year guarantee for selling our 90 year old house. He cleaned out all the mold and soffit vents and gave us the best warranty in the business. He was always on time, and easy to talk to. One of the good guys out there.

Called several companies from Angie's List and Paul from Elite Mold Remediation was very responsive and came out the next morning. He gave us an expert assessment and educated us on the cause and type (non-toxic, common type caused by poor ventilation) which helped put our minds at ease. He unblocked the soffit vents which were covered by insulation and then applied a multi stage disinfectant which cleared the mold completely--all in one day. He did a great job at documenting and follow up. He is very easy going yet professional.

Elite Carpet Cleaning came on time and got right to work. He was very polite and neat and I was pleased that he was able to get the whole house done in one day. The carpets looked very nice when he was done. I'm not sure enough of the price to state it, but I do know it was very reasonable.
