She was very competitively priced, communicated well and did the job right on schedule, despite encountering many issues left behind by my rough carpenters. She had many great suggestions for handling problem areas and she pointed out lots of carpentry imperfections that I was able to fix. Traci’s 30+ years of experience proved to be the difference between a good job, and a great job. The guy who did the primer painting said that it was one of the best quality jobs he has seen. Hats off to “Wonder Woman” Traci. I highly recommend her.

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of this project. My request was immediately responded to, her availability was almost immediate, the work was done very quickly and efficiently and the cost was within my expected range for the work done. The price was very fair, I had one estimate for 800 hundred dollars just for my living room ceiling.Tracy did my kitchen and living room for that price. I will call her and her team again

Traci was prompt for both the estimate and all the days scheduled to be on-site.  She was able to customize the corner bead installation to match what was existing on the first floor.

In Feb. of 2015 we had hired Traci to do some drywall work in our kitchen and hallway. She did an excellent job. I was very happy with her price and the workmanship was good.
However, I just called about  early to mid December of 2015 and I left a message telling her who I was and the job that she did for me before and I wanted her to come back and give me a price for another job we had. NEVER called me back.
She was guaranteed a job and she never called back. Very disappointed by that. Now i had to find a different drywaller for a different project which i wont know how the results will be with this other drywaller. 

I will still call her in the future.

Due to family emergency my drywall man left job unfinished. So, first of all The Drywall Lady rescued me! Traci came out the same day. She gave me a good price for the work and fit me in to her schedule so I would be ready for painter who was scheduled for a certain date. Second, there was a significant amount of work as a wall had been removed leaving a lot of damage to ceiling and walls. Traci has the MOST experienced people working for her and Larry came in and within a couple hours had ceiling and walls fixed and hung with drywall. I could go on and on. Traci is a master artist in what she does and so easy to work with. Always a quick response. I give her A+++. Professional, trustworthy, excellent!

Emailed Traci then called later the next day and left a message; received a call back the following day and setup a time for her to  visually see our project to provide quote.  She was responsive, prompt and professional with communications, arrangements for meeting/scheduling, and onsite arrival.  Experienced, skilled, offered suggestions, worked quickly, cleaned up after. Very happy with the job.

Excellent work. She was very particular, and cleaned up.  She did the work on a Sunday morning to meet my deadline for painting. The cost was more than I budgeted for this job, but it was worth it.  Getting estimates from other service people was frustrating as they didn't return my calls.

Tracy was responsive, on time, and did great work. She works fast and with care. Straightforward and direct. Very much appreciated her services.

Called Traci for an estimate for some skimcoating and drywall. She called back the next day and schedule an estimate. After seeing the job it took her about a week to send me the price. I'm glad I waited for the price. her price was half of what others were charging.

She showed up on time to do the work. She only does the mudding and taping. she has other workers to hang and sand. All in all everyone did a fine job.

I am definately going to call her to do our living room ceiling hopefully next year.

Only issue is after priming there was some pitted spots on the drywall that we touched up ourselves since its not her fault, its just the way the drywall is.

I read other reviews that said she didnt call them back etc.... Well, she is subcontracted out by several contractors so she obviously does good work and her phone was ringing non stop when she was working here. so you have to be patient with her.

Traci was great, did a phenomenal job on the drywall finishing, and was very mindful of dust, etc.  I presented her with a tight timeline and she was able to complete on time.

She came out, gave me an estimate that she held to, did the work and left. While that sounds pretty simple, the work was excellent and she didn't leave behind a trace of dust or mess. It was a 1-day repair and I think the price was fair. She is very friendly and easy to work with. If you are in this area, by all means use her.
