"You were refunded. You chose to cancel the job as we ran behind schedule.Your material was ordered, payed for and specifically manufactured for your job as its spaced vinyl picket. You told me that it's a me problem so figure it out.Your material is significantly more than your deposit and we are just stuck with it.a permit was in the process of being pulled when you canceled. It should've been pulled prior to the start of the job like usual however somehow my guy that handles that obviously did not.Not the end of the world just had to get it pulled. We also dug all the holes for the fence. You were refunded and we filled the holes back in.Once material is ordered it's your product which is stated in our contract. But we as a company get to eat $4,000+ of product that we likely will not be able to use,we apologize that you've had the worst experience ever,it's not very enjoyable for us either."
