He gave me a really low bid, gave me a date he was coming. Week one he said, "SOMETHING CAME UP." Week 2 he had an excuse about a family emergency...obviously he is the only worker and no one else was available...or he thought i was stipid.

The guy who answered the phone agreed to come (on Friday I think?). On that day, before 10 minutes of our appointment, he called and left a message saying his daughter is sick and had to cancel our appointment. I called back right away and it was the answering machine. I left a message about reschedule. But never heard from him ever since then.
Well, mister, I am sorry for your little girl and hope she got better. But your behavior seemed not to be very professional.

I wanted to take care of this promptly so as not to concern my neighbors. Tim came out quickly, gave an estimate and did the job on the spot.

They were excellent. They were very quick to respond to my call. The owner was very business like and very friendly. He noticed a bad trim job that was done by another service and trimmed them up free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone.

They arrived early and finished the job without any problems. Everything was cleaned up when they finished, leaving the yard in better condition then before. There price was much lower then the other two bids that we received. I was 100% satisfied.

For the first service they arrived on time and did exactly the service requested in a professional and timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves pretty well and left firewood cut for me to stack. The second service was to remmove 4 medium sized trees and a large liliac bush. Again they were out to the house in afew days ( Sunday in fact). Again, very efficient - chipping branches, clearing debris and leaving the fire wood for stacking. While removing the last stump their stump chipping machine broke down. They left me with a stump, promising to return. To date I've not heard back from them, so I dug out the bugger myself. I still would rehire them - they saved me $800 over the high bid and $300 over the next lowest.

An estimate was given on a Wednesday and the work was done the following Friday. Work was done in a fast and complete manner. All debris was taken away.

The crew arrived on time and began work immediately. They were very professional and well organized. They continually cleaned driveways and sidewalks of debris and did a final clean up before leaving. Their price was far below my other estimates and since they had been recommended to me by a trusted friend, I was not hesitant to use them. I would feel very comfortable recommending this company. My neighbors and friends watching the tree removed all agreed they would have no trouble recommending them as well.

WHILE THEY WERE AT MY HOME THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL. THEY CALLED ME TO MAKE SURE I WAS AWAKE BEFORE THEY CAME. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. MY TREES TURNED OUT REALLY NICE.
