We recently bought a house with a very old funace and AC system. We decided to have them replaced with new. I called Tim from Belleville-Canton Air Conditioning. Tim came out and inspected the situation. After discussing a few options, I was quoted $5500 to:
* remove the old units
* replace with new Amana High Efficiency units
* run new piping to connect AC to furnace blower
* run new fresh air duct line for funace
* install new digital programmable thermostat
* haul away the old units.
We had not yet moved in so I gave Tim the garage code and told him to go in and do the job with we were at work. I got a call at about 3pm telling me everything was done and working properly. Tim even came back by after I got home from work to show me how to work the system.
Tim and his staff know their stuff. He is a local guy, does a good job for a fair price. And in my opinion, you can trust him. something that is not that common anymore.
I have used Belleville Canton Air Conditioning a few times in the past. They replaced an old hot water boiler system in my last house. Tim did that job for $3200. The quote I had from another local contractor was over $7K for the same exact unit.

My furnace stopped working late night on 1/13/2014 and i found this companies number for service and call first thing in the morning. I spoke with Tim who advised that he would be out in one hour. He arrived at my home with his partner and immediately determined that i had a blown fuse. He also advised that he would brush off the flame sensor. I also had new air filter next to my furnace that he opened and replaced. I am grateful that the heat is working now, but my issue is with their pricing. For less that 10 minutes of work and replacing a $2-$5 fuse they charged me $209.00. Also the invoice did not explain how much i was paying for each service, Tim just wrote the $209 as the amount. Does it really cost your company $200 to replace a 3 amp fuse? I have no issue paying a contractor a honest wage and compensating for gas as well but to this amount was extreme. I have since told my neighbors about my experience and advised them not you use this company. The sad part is that they seem like nice guys.

My neighbor recommended this company. Belleville-Canton installed a high quality, name brand hot water heater that was perfect for my home and use. The price was considerably lower than the other company. The workers were punctual, courteous and very professional. The hot water heater has worked perfectly and I have plenty of hot water. I was so impressed with this company that I now use them to do a furnace check-up in the fall. They are very honest and have never tried to talk me into services that I do not need. This is very important to me because I am not very knowledgable about such things and I really have to go by what the experts advise.
