Bear Claw Taxidermy

This is a taxidermy service; in 2009 my wife was successful in a Michigan bear hunt, it will probably be the only time that she would ever be able to hunt for bear. She killed a bear on 9-21-2009, the next day we brought her bear to Bear Claw Taxidermy in Beaverton Michigan. She was promised her bear rug by July of 2010, we made numerous visits to the taxidermy shop but she didn’t receive it until December of 2010. Part of our purchase the bear skull was supposed to be cleaned (beetled) and had been promised in the spring of 2010. We have never received the skull. Bear Claw Taxidermy has stopped using the phone number listed, both my wife and I have made numerous visits to their shop and have had no luck at all in even being able to talk to somebody, I had to set in the driveway for more than 3 hours just to be able to catch one of the owners to talk with her. She told me that the service that they used for cleaning the skulls had closed and the took all the skulls to another provider but she didn’t know why my wife hadn't received her skull, she promised to call us that evening, guess what no call, when we drive over and visit their shop we leave notes explaining we are looking for my wife’s bear skull and asking for them to call us, NO CALLS. We are not sure where to go from here. I do not recommend BEAR CLAW TAXIDERMY of Beaverton Mi.
