Work was performed in a timely matter. Electricians were friendly, courteous, and answered any questions I had. Always asked before outlets or wiring was placed, as to my approval, or offered different solutions. Helped with other issues outside of estimate. Cleaned up everyday after work was done. Highly recommend. Cannot compare or rate other estimates. Adams was the first contractor to show up. I felt very comfortable with his willingness to understand my numerous questions and concerns. His estimate was detailed as to every step of the process, and how much each step cost. Will definitely do business will again.

Owner came out on the date scheduled to give an estimate and make sure he could do it. Very nice man. Said could do it and can order the fan for us rather than us finding one, since we didn't know what we needed. Said would call and give me an estimate. Called the next day with a reasonable estimate for the fan and installation. Fan was ordered. Technician, the owner's son and also a very nice man,came out to install and did a terrific job. We were called the next day to see how everything was working, which is great customer service. Had a little extra done so don't know the exact price yet as haven't got the bill.

We decided our elderly mother could benefit from a standby generator.  We called Scott, and he came out for an estimate for the entire job: purchasing the generator, doing the landscape work, laying the pad, placing the generator, running the gas line, running the electrical lines, mounting the transfer box, etc.  Scott was very kind in suggesting a hook-up for a portable generator instead as a way to save money.  But, we felt an automatic standby generator would be better for mom and any caretakers in the home.

We changed plans a little and decided to purchase the generator ourselves, set the pad, do the landscaping and run the gas lines.  Scott and Kelli were great about refiguring the estimate.  We kept in contact as our portion of the project progressed, and coordinated everything with Adams Electric so they would be ready for the electrical portion of the install.

When the time came, they were prompt in showing up.  Scott and his two workers were kind and considerate of mom's home and situation.  They all acted in a very professional manner.  The crew was respectful of our home as they had to travel inside and out.  They needed to return a second day, and we worked together on testing the generator and making sure everything worked as promised.

We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend their services.

We called to ask for a quote.  Scott showed up the very next day.  Within a week, they had rewired the room.  We are very happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Adams Electric.
