TWO MEN & A TRUCK

Truly outstanding. Very professional, clean and well organized. Had a process for doing what they do and followed it in a very efficient manner. Were also extremely personable and had no problems asking questions when they were unsure of something or stopping to answer my questions if I needed something. top notch all the way!

Overall great service. Got a bonus of three men and a truck because of a trainee. The men were very curteous and took great care of our furniture that is all wood. They wrapped every item and handled them with care. They even helped me swap out the washer and dryers!

Three men showed up versus two (one was a trainee). They treated my furniture as if it was their own., They worked fast without any breaks. They moved a couple of big items that I was worried would not be able to be moved safely. THEY DID GREAT!

I was charged for time they werent at my house then they sat in the truck after they were through moving my items and I was charged for that also. The office would not resolve this and they were unprofessional.

They charged $100 per hour. They are excellent. They had to travel pretty far.

The 2 guys they sent damaged my furniture, threw my boxes around, opened my boxes and went through my belongings. they wrapped my dresser with the drawers in it, even after I told them it won't go down the stairs on their cart it is too large. so they had it on its side on the stairs and cut the wrap off, pulled the drawers out and kicked my clothes down the stairs and into the parking lot. I complained to their management and got no where. they carried 1 box out at a time and refused to use a dolly. wasted time, hung out in the parking lot talking to each other for more than an hour. the so called manager came out and they continued to disrespect me in front of her and she did nothing. when we finally got to my new place, they refused to take my boxes to the room I requested. they screamed and yelled at me to just sign their paperwork. I called the manager again she said she wouldn't charge my card until she got the paperwork and had a chance to go over it. she lied. she charged it immediately. I tried to get help from the owner but she also ignored me. the guy that came out to fix my dresser (they had ripped the top modeling off and scratched up the top) I showed him the other damage that was done, and he said he would have the owner call me. However, that never happened. When I tried to correct the info on the paperwork, the guy yelled and kept slamming the top of my dresser with his ink pen, refused to stop unless I just signed the paper without changes. I will never use this company again! nor will I ever give them a good review or recommendation again! This is a crappy company. It did not go smooth, they did not treat me with respect, they did not treat my belongings with respect. I felt threatened by them, if I hadn't done it their way, would I have gotten my stuff?

I like them. All 4 of the moves were excellent. They did damage one of my mattresses but right now I am in process of getting it replaced and hopefully reimbursed by the company.

They did amazing job. They were friendly. They were careful. They just did a great job. They were on-time. They were extremely careful with the furniture we had. They put it exactly where we wanted them to put it. They were very courteous. We had no problems. They protected our floors. They didn't smoke. They were great. They were a lot less expensive than the big movers.

It was excellent. They were fast, they were on time, just everything.
