HE WANTS THE WORK BUT IS WILLING TO SACRIFICE A JOB OVER A FAMILY FEUD THAT DOESN'T INVOVLE HIM

Great, never met a  nicer ,  more honest, guy. His wife took the call, gave me his cell number ; he got right back, he arrived when I asked; did great work. He really thought everything through and checked the systems out fully,  had the  control panel and motor, put them  in ,went an extra mile to help me  know what to do to keep things  running efficiently. This man cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.

This particular service call saved me a bundle. Any less honest person might have let the faulty part go for a while and made much more money. Ryan spotted the problem and looked at me rather concerned and asked when my warranty was up. When I asked why, he said there was a VERY expensive part going bad. I dug out my paperwork and discovered I had two months left on a ten year warranty. He immediately arranged to get the part ordered and installed before the warranty ran out. His rates for service are on the lower side of a normal range but his work and honesty are very high. He is a very honest and helpful family man that deserves all the praise I can give him.
