They were excellent. It went really well. They had it done in a day and a half just like they said. They cleaned up beautifully. I was home when they get the work and they asked me various questions to make sure they were doing it right. They're probably a little bit higher than the average but their work is excellent. They had to do a lot of work to make the front door work right for me. I've been really pleased with the windows. My room seemed to be warmer. I plan on using them again this year to replace another door.

When I first called the company I was asked to send some photos of the cracked window to a guy who handles repairs. After several days I had not received a reply so I resent the initial e-mail. After a day I received the first reply asking for a few more details, which I immediately supplied asking for a quote. Several more days went by. I sent a third e-mail to which he replied he thought he had already sent the quote which he had not. When I received the ~$450 quote it seemed very high for glass replacement. I called him this time and learned the only way they repaired this type of window was by replacing the entire sash. While all of this was going on I received a quote from another provider for ~$150 to replace the glass only.

Excellent from start to finsih. they worked very hard to replace a severly rotted bay window and make it match the interior and original .
Will call them again when we need windows in the Bay City area.

Came Monday morning right on time, completed job in two days.
Cut siding removed all the windows outside, and remove all the woodwork on the inside.Workers cleaned up after themselves.
Tarps where place under every window, as they where cutting, they where running the vacuum the whole them, less mess. When placing ladders on house made sure protected siding.
Ben Arnst was the installer, he was excellent and his employees seemed to work well together, they all knew what had to be done. They only took one break and that was for lunch, never left the premises. When the job was completed, they was no mess.
Day after the job was completed, the salesperson, Jack Opperman, came an checked and made sure we knew how to operate the windows, to see that the job was done properly. We are very satisfied with Jack, Ben, and Milguard Windows.
