The gentleman was quick to arrive and explained everything.

They did a really great job. The did everything in a very timely manner. The guy who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. When he fixed our boiler he explained what he did and which knobs controlled the different areas of our house incase we wanted to adjust them. When they came out to fix the leaking pipes they had to drill through our bedroom wall to because there was no access panel to reach them. He was careful to keep everything clean and didn't make a huge mess when he installed one for us.

The gentleman came out and checked over both the hot water tank and the furnace. He was able to get the hot water tank lit and working. He took the cover off the furnace and inspected it. He educated me on the importance of changing the furnace filter every year. That was good information.

Excellent! First contact with the Company was at 8:00 on a Saturday morning and it was the answering service. The lady was very polite and asked a bunch of questions so when someone from Groya Plumbing and Heating called they already knew exactly what I needed. Ed called and was very courteous to talk with and went over all of the options, pricing, etc that could be involved depending on the problem. Larry was the Master Plumber that came to the house and did the actual work. It turned out it needed to be cleaned and I was charged a very reasonable price considering it was a Saturday morning. Larry was also very courteous and professional. I will call this Company first think in the future and hightly recommend them.

I had ordered appliances and scheduled delivery for December 30.  When the men came to deliver / install the applicances, they told me that they were unable to install the dishwasher because I didn't have a dedicated shut-off.  I called Groya plumbing around 11:00 on December 30th to schedule a time to have that installed, thinking that it would be after New Year's Day before I could have anything done.  That afternoon at 3:00 I received a call from Larry (plumber at Groya's) to tell me that he could be at my home in 10 minutes to take care of the work.  Upon arriving, he simply walked into my basement and turned off the water to the dishwasher.  (Yes - the shut off that I was told prevented the installation of the dishwasher that morning.  No work was required on the shut off.)  Larry then stayed and installed the dishwasher for me.  He was friendly, professional, and did beautiful work.  He cleaned up after himself leaving the work area tidy.  Even though his work day ended at 4:30, he stayed until nearly 5:00 to finish the job so that I didn't have to wait until Friday before I was able to have a functioning dishwasher.  With New Year's Eve, I really appreciated that dedication!
I'm not able to speak to the price of the work, since I haven't received my bill yet.  I can say that I will definitely be calling them when I replace the kitchen sink later this month, and when I re-do my bathroom.  All around, a great experience and I recommend them.

Wayne was courteous, clean and very knowledgeable. My husband was pleased and relieved he knew to call a professional instead of trying to do himself.

Arrived on time, professional and a job well done. I had asked Lowe's when buying my new sink if I needed to purchase a new garbage disposal or should I keep the same one I had. He told me to keep the one I had without asking any questions. Luckily the plumber had one in his truck because I needed a new one since the old one was attached to the sink and was in poor condition. Saved me a trip to go out and buy one and wasting time and money. We bought a new home 9 years ago and have used them for faulty plumbing and cooling that was installed. I'd say around 15 times we have used them and have been very happy. It's nice to know when something does happen I don't have to worry about shoddy work or being over charged for services or taken in another way. I recommend them all the time (in fact my parents used them for the fist time a couple of months ago).and have had no complaints only compliments.

Technician showed up promptly and did a good job. The work took 1 hour 5 minutes and I was billed for 2 hours. The parts (2 shutoffs and 2 4 inch pieces of pipe were $65!. Would not use this company again or refer anyone to them.

Fast and courteous service.

This was 30-year-old plumbing that had been poorly maintained. They came in and, as part of a series of jobs, gave me an estimate. They felt they could fix the old faucet, but I was pretty skeptical. It turned out, unfortunately, that I was right--the old faucet and diverter needed to be replaced. The gentleman who came out to do the work was competent, pleasant, and conscientious about cleaning up the mess. Despite having to come out several times (since they tried to fix it first and were unable to) I wasn't charged any more than I had been told replacement of the whole faucet would cost in the first place.



They were very easy to get ahold of, quick to return phone calls, and very cooperative with scheduling.



Every one who has come to my father's home from this company has been quite personable, takes pride in their work, and treats me and my father with sensitivity to our needs. Prices have always been good and there has been no problem with any of the work they have performed.

John Groya Plumbing and Heating. My experience was good. I used their services probably about three weeks ago. They charged me $100. The job went good, the did a good job. They knew what they were doing. They right away what the problem was. They were clean, they cleaned up after their selves.

They got things done quickly. He tried very hard to get things done. They did a good job.

The person who did the drywall put a hole in our pipe. The drywall company had made an error and put something in the pipe. John Groya fixed it for us. We use them all the time. Once a year we do the tune ups. We also use them for our boiler. They are a good company. They know what they are doing and they have been doing it for a lot of years. The people that come out are very experienced. They come right out and they call you right back. I don't know how to compare their price because we don't use anyone else.
