It went very well. They provided service ahead of estimated time. They were incredibly professional. The installation was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned the area after they completed the work. They provided detailed instructions on the new system and worked with us to receive rebates for the new system. While confident about their work, they were always polite and respectful unlike other service professionals we have hired.

The courtesy and professionalism of the resources at Haertel was just as amazing as the quote experience. They showed up on time, communicated the plans and the time line, carefully dismantled and removed the old equipment, installed the new system and spent the time to explain how to use the new system and thermostat. They far exceeded my expectations. I will recommend them highly and I will use them again!

He did a fantastic job. Dan is very knowledgeable about his work. Our house is now ready for any hot weather that comes. We are also going to have him install a whole house humidifier for us. We are very pleased.

Also, here in Angie's List their company name is spelled wrong. You have it spelled as Heartel Heating Co. The real spelling is HAERTEL Heating Co. Just wanted to clear that up. :)

I would recommend them to anyone, they did excellent work there men were terrific and helpful, they did way more than we ever expected to have

They installed a heater and air conditioning unit replacing an old one for a more efficient one. They did an very professional job and recommended a change in the duct work since it was done very poorly the first time.  They completed the work in a timely manner and fixed some other duct work problems.  The furnace and air work fine and we ask them back each year to check them out and replace the new 5' filter.  I would hire them again for any needed work.   They also provided all of the paperwork to get an energy credit on our taxes.  Great Job.

Owner did a pre-survey and came back a few days later with presentation with 3 options. they were on time and answered all my questions. I felt confident leaving them at the house for hours at a time while I did some shopping. If only there were more companies like this!

They did a great job. Chuck came out and gave me a free estimate and then explained all the options available as well as financing. They guys came on time every day and did a wonderful job. They were timely and organized and did a great job. They explained what they were doing and how long we would be without heat....which wasn't that long.

We called for an estimate on replacing our out-of-date furnace and the next day Charlie Heartel came over and looked at our furnace and did some measurements and made an appointment to come back and go over what equipment was available, pricing, and available rebates. We don't like high pressure sales and Charlie is not high pressure. He was very informative and showed us several options and the prices for those options and the rebates that were available on each option. Once we made a decision on the furnace and AC we wanted to go with, he took down the necessary information to send in rebate forms. The last home improvement project we had done also involved rebates, but we had to fill out the forms and apply ourselves. Charlie knows it's easier for him to fill out the forms and send in the rebates for his customers because he knows what the equipment is that is installed and what the various forms require. It was great not to have to worry about filling out and sending in the rebate forms. The furnace and AC installation was done within a month of our initial contact with the company. The three men who worked on the various aspects of the installation (Andy, Vern and Jim) were very polite and courteous, and explained everything they did and cleaned up the area when they finished. It only took 2 days for them to do everything and the City inspector told us and quot;you can't beat Hearteland quot;. In our opinion Heartel's workmanship is excellent and we are very pleased with our new equipment. We wouldn't hesitate to refer them to our friends and relatives. They really do live up to their excellent reputation.

We needed to replace our existing furnace and we had received an estimate from this company. and quot;We have used them in the past for repairs and air conditioning unit. They do not try to sell you expensive units and take time to thoroughly evaluate the space, location and type of furnace or air conditioner that will adequately service the square footage of your home. There were several rebates available at the time and the staff at Heartel completed all of the paperwork for all the rebates we received - four! After the rebates were received and the tax credit was applied to our 2010 taxes, the cost of the furnace was down to 1300.00!

He came in on time and did what had to be done and left.
