A different company was going to charge us $134,000 to remediate our home, which had a variety of mycotoxins. Something didn't sit right about this other company. It was WAY too expensive! I am SO GLAD I contacted Elliott Environmental for another opinion! Not only were they VERY reasonable and VERY affordable, but they literally FOUND the source of contamination that this other company and their inspectors missed! In other words, we would have spent $134, 000 and still not had successful remediation! Brian Carson at Elliott Environmental gave us a sense of hope back! He located the source of contamination (an area completely missed by the other expensive company) and took before and after pictures! He gave us peace of mind! DON'T BE FOOLED BY OTHER COMPANIES WHO CLAIM TO BE THE BEST AND CLAIM TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO FIND YOUR SOURCE OF MOLD. THOSE BRAGGARTS TOTALLY MISSED OUR MOLD SOURCE. AND ELLIOTT ENVIRONMENTAL FOUND THE SOURCE - AND REMEDIATED IT! ELLIOTT ENVIRONMENTAL GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK AND WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL! I highly recommend this company and would hire them again if needed! THEY ARE EXCELLENT!

I highly recommend Brian and his crew! From the beginning he was always prompt, very knowledgable, and friendly as well. His crew was the greatest group of guys we have ever had working for us. They were hard working and very pleasant to us during the four days the job took. They did excellent work and a great cleanup after each day. And what really impressed me with Brian and his crew was how they went above and beyond the call of duty in working with our situation and the timeline we had to get the job done. They do quality work, are excellent to work with, and really care about customer satisfaction. They are the BEST!!

Did a good job, some wires hanging in front of the crawlspace door. A bit expensive for two days of work, I would hire them back, but at a meaningful reduced price for returned business.

As the listing agent, I did not actually see the work. However, Brian & Holly were terrific at communicating clearly, politely, and informatively. We had a miscommunication with the Buyer, and Brian willingly resolved it to everyone's satisfaction. They both returned phone calls promptly and provided reports quickly. Brian took the time to talk to me and to the Buyer which helped to allay the Buyer's concerns. The mold remediation was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. Brian was always there to alleviate our anxieties and answer all our questions. He was also very helpful in dealing with the insurance adjuster. The written reports were detailed, but could be understood. The job went a day over projection, but there was no price adjustment requested from the original estimation. We would highly recommend Elliot Environmental to anyone for mold remediation.

Although we did not have an opportunity to work with you folks because of the fact that another company had been a little less expensive and won the bid we were very impressed with Mr. Carson's professional ethics and his extensive educational background and training. We interviewed Ten different mold and remediation companys regarding this job and not only was Mr. Carson the only one who actually got up into the attic and looked at what was really going on he also was the only one who presented such a complete and thoughtful display of credentials for the customer to carefully consider. We may not be up on a lot when it comes to mold and remediation but character,honesty,dedication and sincerity are four very important things we are able to recognize immdiately. We would not hesitate to welcome elliott environmental into another project in the future especially if Brian Carson was on board. Brian was very helpful in determining the next steps we need to take to solve the problems. Comparing to a second opinion, we recieved a similar diagnosis, but we received a better and clearer description from Elliott.

I enjoyed with Brian and his crew. They did a nice job and worked us in even though they were quite busy. Brian did a good job of keeping us in the loop as to the ongoing activities.

I found the company very profession and Brian specifically to be very knowledgeable and hard working. The only complaint was in there process for updating quotes and getting them back to me timely.
