DEPENDABLE SEWER SERVICE

Old sump had fried without our knowledge and basement acquired water. Had NO clue on how to replace/reinstall the replacement pump we purchased or hook it up, so we called Dependable. Set up appt for that day, they called back within 2 hours to confirm that their tech Jeremy was on his way. Professional, prompt response, courteous, and took the time to explain the sump system and preventative measures we should take in the future. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and will use them again with no hesitation.

The three men were very professional and prompt. They explained what they were going to do and kept me informed during the entire process. The men returned the site back to original condition. They washed off the driveway and patio. They gave me a final explanation of the project and answered my questions. I was very impressed and will not hesitate to call them in the future if needed.

I've called them out on a couple of jobs. I called them out for a toilet installed plus a bunch of other little tiny things that were kind of festering and half of them be looked at and fixed and never it never showed up on my bill I mean it was just a little fixes. Bob's a great guy.

Everything was wonderful. The young men who came over were very nice and professional. We would definitely hire them again.

First guy came out and lugged his machine up and down my carpeted stairway leaving stains. About 6 weeks later I had to call them again to return due to drain issues again. The second guy covered my stairway with a canvas tarp and ran the snake further through the drain. The return visit did not cost me anything due to the "warranty" they have for their services provided.

Our primary sump pump failed triggering an alarm after midnight on a Sunday night/Monday morning of a holiday weekend.
Although we had a secondary back-up in line, this two was really struggling given all the recent rain.  We called a few plumbers in the area  who were supposed to have 24hr emergency service but Dependable Sewer was the only one who had someone to answer the phone.  We explained our situation and we were quickly connected with a plumber, Derrick.   He arrived to our home within 30 minutes and even though it was now after 2am, he was both jovial and professional.  Derrick was able to replace our sump and get everything up and running very quickly.  An overall stressful situation was resolved and we are very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of service.  Thank you for all the help and we will definitely look to you for our plumbing needs in the future.
(As an aside the two other "24hr" emergency plumbers have yet to call back even though we left  messages.  If we waited for them for service we would be dealing with a flooded basement right now....)

Absolutely the BEST service anyone could ask for!!!  We called mid-morning on a Sunday with no expectations of service until Monday, but were so pleasantly surprised that someone showed up within 2 hours of our call.  VERY friendly, knowledgeable and had the best attitude anyone could ask for on a Sunday afternoon dealing with a clogged sewer line.  He ran the line twice, about 80 feet, changing to a bigger one on the second run, and being new owners of this older home were so relieved to be told that no other major issues came up.  We will likely need to have this service done again for maintenance, and will definitely be calling these guys again!!

Not only was Freddy informative but he unclogged a bonus sink in my basement for no additional charge!  He was efficient, timely in his repair, and they came to my home same day! I will use this company for all of my future plumbing needs.

 We purchased a new dishwasher to replace the one that came with the house when we purchased it 12 years ago. It was an obvious DIY job. The old plumbing was a Gordian Knot of PVC and rubber hoses and some really badly done expansion fittings under the sink, behind and underneath the old dishwasher and in the basement. Josh had done an emergency repair to our kitchen plumbing at Christmastime this past December and quoted me a reasonable price at that time for the upgrade and corrections he anticipated needed to be done  if we planned on installing a new dishwasher.

As expected, Dependable Sewer told me exactly when I could expect the work to be done,  how long it would take and how much it would cost.  These guys are efficient, knowledgeable, experienced, polite professionals.  Their specialty is sewer repair and cleaning but they are licensed and insured plumbers. They can do it all. They said they respect the territories of local plumbers and don't advertise as plumbers  so as not to step on anyone's toes but if asked to do a plumbing job anywhere in the service area they will respond quickly and efficiently to get the job done to the customer's satisfaction. They have service outlets in Bay City, Midland, Saginaw and Standish. I can't give Dependable any higher recommendation than to say I wouldn't turn to anyone else than them to do plumbing in my house. This is the second time in the past 5 months I have turned to Dependable Sewer for their expertise as plumbers. They have been in business for a long time, are top notch service providers and guarantee all of their work.

I contacted the company on a Friday morning. They came to my home on the same day, and completed the work on Monday morning. To do the work, they had to dig out some plants that surrounded the pipe. They completed the job, replanted the plants, and powerwashed dirt and debris that had gotten onto the sidewalk. I was very pleased with their work.

Second time only had to pay for 2nd guy. Took care of problem with no fuss,very profession and polite. Would be the first call I would make again.

The serviceman was 6'7" and was absolutely scrunched into a very small space....but he was very pleasant and did an excellent job!

We were without the ability to use our kitchen sink or dishwasher starting Christmas morning and I began calling plumbers right away as we were hosting dinner and being unable to do dishes afterwards was going to be a disaster. 
I had been in contact with several other area plumbers (Superior in Cass City) and plumbing contractor houses (Shetler in Pigeon, MI; Kundinger and Kroll in Sebewaing and Shelby Mechanical, LLC) before calling Dependable in Bay City. All of the others either didn't want to drive the distance to do the job, were too busy already with other work and could not give me a time they would be able to do the work or made promises to return my phone calls and failed to do so or took my call with a promise to get back with me later in the day about when they would show up but again failed to do so.
 But Dependable not only were ready to accept the job they asked me when I wanted them to start!!! They then gave me a time to expect them TODAY and met every other criterion I can think of a business that appreciates being able to make their customers happy.
I was quite pleased-- even impressed-- with the ability of this service person to get the job done exactly as advertized. I have a house probably built back in the 1920's and a lot of DYI work has been done by previous owners. Most of it very amateurishly done and often incorrectly using whatever parts they could scrounge up. My drains in the kitchen are a "gordian knot" of elbows and t's of pvc compression fittings and it lacks a vent of any kind. Also, the traps are nearly corroded through and the dishwasher is not properly connected to the garbage disposal. The plumber when he had finished clearing my drains and verifying that no other emergency repairs were needed outlined what work he would see performed were the kitchen his own. He wrote it up as an estimate and priced the job quite reasonably

 I plan on having Dependable Sewer Service back next Thursday or Friday to do all of the recommended follow-up work.
