The movers, Frank and James, were very professional. Arrived on time to pack four rooms of dishes, clothes, books, electronics, and other household goods. Everything was packed carefully and loaded onto the truck. Delivery in Petoskey was on time. Smooth unloading. No damage to anything has been noted. Excellent packing job. Final price very close to estimate. Would hire again.

I was very nervous about arranging my move. Corrigan was recommended to me and from the moment I contacted them I felt at ease with my choice.
The driver was at my house a day early to look everything over, and once they started the next day I knew I was in great hands. They were very professional and took great care in wrapping and loading everything. The unloading went equally as smoothly and I couldn't be more happy. Corrigan team checked in with me the day of the loading and the day of the unload to be sure I was happy. I would recommend Corrigan to help with your next move. Well worth the peace of mind!!

The loading and unloading went fine but there was quite a bit of damage presumably during the loading and unloading process in the warehouse. The financial aspect of resulting damage was handled very professionally and to our satisfaction.

They were hard workers, but there were some small things that I was not pleased with. Some of the these things include, bottles in the bathroom were dumped in the box, set my sofa up on its side in the truck after not asking-which could have damaged it, they also put some of the furniture in my driveway. We would also, recommend they wear name tags so we know who we are talking to. In the advertising they say they lay plastic protection on the floor. When they moved us out of our home so I asked that they make sure they lay the plastic in the home we were moving in to, which they did, but I did have to ask for it.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of the packers and their willingness to meet my needs.  I am in the process of moving into my Mother's condo that I inherited upon her death.  I needed things packed in an orderly manner for distribution to family members and I needed everything moved to the basement.  The 2 packers were polite and presented themselves well.  They had to pack up the kitchen and labels boxes according to my wishes which they gladly did.  They also had to move furniture to the basement and materials from the garage.  They were prepared as they brought the correct packing materials and boxes.
It took about 3 hours for them to pack up the contents of the condo.
The area for improvement was specific to their timeliness.  I had an afternoon appointment and they ran late.  I had to call to find out where they were and due to the fact that the morning team ran late, they had to substitute a team for me, as I was the afternoon appointment.  I wish they had initiated the communication to me.  The substitute team was excellent, but I was left waiting and wondering what was going on.  Regardless, I was highly satisfied and the team they sent me was superb and thus ended up happy they were the ones who came.

This moving company is professional and does excellent work. The staff is attentive and caring, and you can trust that your belongings are in good hands. In previous years, I moved from New York to Michigan, and subsequently moved several times within the state of Michigan. and this is the best mover I have ever used. They are also very trustworthy as to their price estimates and what they promise to do. That is a trait which I have found to be rare in the residential moving industry. They also packed some of my larger pictures and tiffany lamps, none of which were damaged in any way. The movers at origin did a great job and were very helpful, as I was still packing some last minute items on the day of the move. The customer service staff at Premier were constantly in touch with me as I drove from Michigan to Las Vegas to let me know where my shipment was in transit. The goods were delivered to me one day earlier than promised, and everything was in excellent condition. At the destination warehouse, Premier had actually taken it upon themselves to pack some of my smaller items in larger boxes at no charge to consolidate for the long distance move.  The movers at destination also did a great job, moving everything in very quickly and putting together some furniture items. I was particularly impressed by the driver's experience at destination as I had moved to a gated apartment complex, which posed some challenges for the 18 wheeler truck maneuvering. The driver insisted on speaking to apartment management to determine the best way to handle the situation in a professional manner. The Premier staff called several times afterwards to follow up on how the move went. I was then very pleasantly surprised when two weeks after the move I received a refund of over $600 as an adjustment to the weight of my shipment. I had dreaded getting the estimates from various movers up front, as my experience in the past had been that the mover would provide an estimate and then at the end they would bill you an additional amount based on "extra" services they had supposedly provided. Premier Relocations handled the financial matters of the move in a very professional and trustworthy manner. I would recommend them to anyone for a local or long distance move.

They had difficulty getting driver to Wy but kept the communication lines open and made compensation for late days and tried to offset any inconvenience. Very professional throughout and would recommend them to anyone

Worked performed was top quality.

the estimator came exactly when the appointment was set, she was extremely polite and knowledgable. She explained everything to me and went over all services. The gentlemen which came and picked up everything were similarly punctual. Our belongings were handled carefully. When everything came back they had obviously been handled well, there was no damage and all items were accounted for. the company worked with us on the delivery time, they actually wanted to come early in the day and easily agreed to come later in the morning. Had a very good experience with them.

The four-man crew arrived on time and started right to work. They took care not to damage both the source and destination house. They put down rugs and plastic to protect the floors and used a ramp to protect the front steps. They finished within their estimate with no damage and nothing missing and all contents were put as we desired.
