I literally owe Dr. Shorkey so much. She was amazing in my crisis- I was devastated. There was a chance my dog would need surgery if the anti-inflammatory didn't work. I was absolutely freaked out about the cost- but Dr. Shorkey put her hand on my shoulder and said not to worry about the cost at that point- we would get her taken care of somehow. Ended up that the anti-inflammatory worked! Thank goodness. Did a follow up and everything is well. Amazing vet, took wonderful care of my little girl on her worst day.

The staff is great and very prompt. I have taken my dogs there since 2001. I would recommend them to a friend. You don't have to wait long to be seen and they are very professional.

I called the clinic one morning because my 2 1/2 year old cat had not been eating. I spoke with the receptionist, and she got me in on the afternoon of the day that I called. When I arrived at the office, I was seen within ten minutes. The young girl who was with us doing all of the preliminary things was kind and gentle. I felt very comfortable with her. The veterinarian who treated our cat was very capable, explaining everything regarding our situation in detail. I appreciated so much her professionalism and kindness. They were wonderful, and my pet has since recovered.

I have been going to them for forty years and I would really recommend them. They always have time for me. They have three very good doctors. They referred me to a cancer doctor when I had a dog that needed to go there. They provide links to the doctors at the Michigan State University and they would personally call the physicians down at the Michigan State University to hook up your dog with the right service. They are very knowledgeable about the inoculation and they keep you up-to-date by postcard. They are very caring. They take awefully good care of the animal as they are very concerned. It cost $700 because the dog had three nights of hospitalization, lots of blood tests and X-rays. So, it was not expensive but the drive was expensive. The ordinary immunizations and medications are of the standard price.
