It went great!  Graham is a very nice guy who knows what he's doing. He's friendly, relaxed but also professional at the same time.   I called him and we had an appt for te next day.  For the 3 days, we didn't have a set time, more flexible with the part of day, such as
morning or afternoon, which is fine with me.   He spent about 3 hours searching inside and outside for signs of the raccoon.  He closed up the hole and set the trap.  The next day was just a drop by, to check the trap.  The 3rd day, the raccoon was cought in the trap and he removed it.  On the 15th, I left him a msg about seeing the original raccoon with babies on the 14th.  Graham came out on the 16th , put up a trap in another spot, and checked the area.  On the 17th I sent him a msg, saying no sign of the raccoons and through his knowledge, we agreed to take the trap off and make the decision that the raccoons are gone, at least for now.
I fully trust Graham and I would call him anytime that I found a creaure that doesn't belong in my house.

He came to the house and immediately pointed out the presence of mice activity on our front steps and around the house. He drilled a hole in the header above the stairs going into the basement and the mouse poked its head out. Because of the tight fit between the two floor boards he couldn't get his hand in there so he built, right there on the spot, a custom trap to mount to the wall and draw the mouse out.
For the next few weeks he would come remove any trapped mice and reset the traps. So far we have gotten 7 mice out of the house.
On the final day he went around the entire house and installed caps on all of the corners of the siding to prevent mice from climbing up. He moved the mulch back and dug down about 4" to keep the ground away for the siding. He dug a hole next to our deck and climbed under it and ultimately found the primary source of entry under a deck.
He vacuumed out the dirt on the corners of our front steps where the mice have been entering. He then filled it with caulk and concrete to seal the entryway.
He also went around the entire house and filled any areas of potential entry and gave a 100% warranty on them.
I was very impressed with Graham. He was very polite, kind, knowledgeable, clean and professional. He always left the job site clean.
I would highly recommend him.

We had seen bats flying out from a gable window above our garage door. I contacted Two Dogs Predator Control on Thursday, and he was able to give me an idea of approximate pricing over the phone. We made an appointment for him to come Friday to inspect and start the work if possible. I chose to have him come to our house immediately based on his very competitive pricing versus two other services I called in the area.
Everything went just as expected based on the phone conversation we had on Thursday. Graham arrived right on time and took approximately 15 - 20 minutes to look at our garage and other areas around our home that could be potential bat entry sites. He explained the steps he would take to close of all entry points, even specifically mentioning that he would remove some old sealant that had previously been used, in order to make sure the sealant he used would match the exterior of our house to ensure that it didn't look sloppy. I really appreciated that attention to detail.
He spent several hours sealing areas above our garage and one other brick area of the house. The last step before leaving on Friday was to cover the main entry point with a screen that had a one-way tube coming out of it. This would allow all of the bats to fly out, but would not let them get back in.
On Monday Graham came back to remove the one-way tube and to seal up that final point. He painted the screen to match the exterior of our house, and left everything looking very neat.
I was very impressed wtih his knowledge of bats and other animals that sometimes invade our homes. I apprecaite the fact that animals weren't harmed or even trapped, just "guided" out of our house in a very humane way. I would definitely hire him again if we should happen to find other critters in unwanted places. He even gave my husband some advice for cutting down on the mosquitoes in our yard.

Mr. Askew was amazing.
From the first call, he was extremely professional, responsive and informative.
I called him on a Thursday afternoon. After listening to my concerns, he asked specific questions re the types, timing and location of sounds and activity I had encountered. He explained exactly what services he provided, encouraged questions and provided a contact number where he could be reached 24/7. He was available for an appointment that Saturday.
Mr. Askew came at the scheduled date and time. He did a thorough assessment of the entire exterior of my home that included climbing on ladders to explore eaves and soffit and moving garage items to access corners and potential animal entry points. It should be noted that this was just a few days after a record snowfall of 19 inches!
After his assessment, Mr. Askew discussed his plan for the likely intruder-- a single red squirrel. He provided a detailed explanation of what I could expect to hear during this process--including an increase in sounds. Mr. Askew reassured me that he would be back every day to check on the trap and reiterated that he was available by phone 24/7 in the event of any new developments of concerns.
I was grateful that Mr. Askew had explained the likely changes in what I might hear from the intruder during this process; it was exactly as he described! I was about to call and tell him this when I saw him outside checking on the trap. He trapped the red squirrel! Mr. Askew secured the squirrel's entry point and reassured me that there were no signs of any additional animal intruders at this time. He also took the time to educate me re specific preventative measures against any future intruders.
I highly recommend Two Dogs Predator Control to every homeowner in Michigan! Don't wait for an intruder, call today for a personal assessment and plan how to prevent one!

Grahm was professional, polite, and complete in his approach. He came to the house very quickly and searched the entire house from top to bottom. He trapped the rodents and repaired the holes that they were gettting in through. He showed up every day to inspect his traps and always cleaned up after his work

The owner answered the phone when I called and make an appointment to come out to our home later the same day. He came each day to inspect the traps he had set. After the ground hog was gone he put in fencing around the deck so that no other animals would b able to dig into that area. Wonderful! We did spend extra for this fencing but it's worth it for the peace of mind.

It was a good experience. Punctual, thorough and effective. We heard animals in the attic and had a squirrel get into the living space n the house. Two Dogs thoroughly examined the house to determine access points, trapped to make sure nothing was in the attic and installed excluders to keep animals out. It went smoothly and the results have been excellent. It cost a bit more than expected, but a lot of barriers had to be put in.

Graham at Two Dogs Predator Control was very friendly, courteous, punctual and thorough. The overall process of identifying the type of squirrel, finding all areas of entry/exit, trapping and removing the squirrels, etc. took about a week. It was challenging as we live in an A-Frame that has very limited accessibility into the "attic".
