Easy early drop off, they kept me informed during the repair, and the car was finished on time and budget without any issues. 4000+ miles since the repair and the car is running fine. This was the second car we had them change the timing belt on this year, and that one also went very well. 2/3rds the cost of the quote from the dealer. Very professional, they explained exactly what they did and why.

Don is the service manager, and the service he and his crew provided were great. They took a little longer than expected, but my truck was acting up and it took a while for them to diagnose it.
The work was done correctly and at the price quoted. I liked the cleanliness of the shop, and the office manager was a sweetheart. I would recommend them and would use them in the future.

My Subaru suddenly lost power on the Interstate on the way to the dentist on 3-21-12. I exited the interstate and headed to Tri-State Auto who have worked on both of my vehicles over the past three years.

Don communicated with me during the entire process helping me understand what he was doing to get to the heart of the issue. After running a number of tests he discovered the issue was the O2 sensor. He changed it out and now it runs great!

He also provided a 6 month/6000 mile warranty on the repair.

He's a great mechanic. I take all my vehicles to him and will continue to do so.

They do a good job. They have worked on our car twice and do great work.

I spent about $47 on the service. They are really friendly and they seem to do a really good job. They are also very accommodating. Their work is excellent. I would use them again in the future.

I have used Tri-State for at least 5 years. They know what they're doing. They are honest and extremely trustworthy. I would recommend Tri-State to anybody.

I called a week in advance and was able to pick my day and time. I was able to get a ride home when I brought the car in. The car was finished by the end of the day, as promised, and the pricing was below what the dealer would have charged. Overall, I would recommend this shop.
