I had some mold in various spots on my siding. I asked Rob to be careful not to over spray didnâ t hurt the paint job but to remove the mold. He did a wonderful job and never bothered the paint but got rid of all the mold and used a bit of bleach in the process to prevent New mold. I was impressed

"With all due respect, you were giving an "estimate" for your roof two weeks before we came out and actually laid eyes on the roof and its condition. Once we did and saw what was required to get the job done correctly it was obvious it would cost more than estimated over the phone from the description you gave. Again an estimate is just that and is subject to change up or down with the level of work and materials overhead required to complete the task. Nobody tried to change the price I simply stated the roof took two treatments instead of the normal one and usually that would cost more as it costs us more in materials. In the end We still."
