Estimator showed up on time for both jobs and provided good detail on what needed to be done and what to expect. Estimator provided good input on the materials to be used and whether or not we should consider any upgrades on materials. Written estimates were received same day or next day. Office employees provided good information on scheduling, what to expect and when we should expect to see materials & crews arrive. Materials & dumpster showed up on time and were placed as requested. Roofing crews showed up on time with the materials needed. The work was done quickly on both houses....well within the time frame provided. Clean-up on the job site was excellent during and after completion of the job. Crews were friendly and answered questions and concerns as the job progressed. There was one detail item with the finishing work on the 2nd house that was missed by the sub-contractor initially, BUT, when I contacted the company and asked for it to be rectified, the issue was rectified quickly with no problems. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them as a great company to be used by others! Overall a very good experience! And better yet, after an incredibly heavy recent rain in the vicinity with strong wind, everything is watertight, sealed and behaving as expected. The information I've provided on cost was for first house full roof replacement only.

The crew was very punctual and worked very efficiently. They started first thing Monday morning and were done by the end of the day on Wednesday. The entire job was complete in three days. They cleaned up the area every evening when they finished; and when the job was done everything was cleaned up; including the removal of the dumpster. They also sprayed waterproofing  on our chimney.

Quality of work was fine and that was not the problem. The problem was that the final clean up was very poor. The list includes cigarette butts, 20-30 small pieces of roofing material, lots of nails, 1 large piece (approx. 4x1 feet long) piece of roofing material, and lastly, used tissues just balled up and tossed around the working site. Somebody must have had a cold on the work crew.
Before the job, they said their work was superior and that is why they charged more. They were the highest of three estimates I got. Overall, I'd say that I was somewhat disappointed because of the cleanup I had to do. If they had "finished the job" completely, I wood have given them very good ratings.

Covered all windows on the side they were working. Put down tarpsand were always cleaning up an using the dumpster. Cleaned up every night (7 nights). They worked long hours 10-12 hrs per day. They took about 45 min for lunch and no other breaks. Very, very hard workers. Would hire Ron's Roofing again in a flash... They were not the cheapest, but in this case you get what you pay for .... HARD WORKING PROFESSIONALS!

They were very professional and started work on time. They always asked if we had any questions. I loved it when it came to the end of the work day and they cleaned up after themselves. They explain what they were doing all the time and if you had any questions. They were very hard working and dedicated to the job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fast. Clean and neat. Even shoveled snow from driveway. A pleasure to do business with.

I have used them twice.

It was cold, rainy, and they worked without complaining. They removed the old roof and layed tar paper and shingles. The quality of their work was outstanding as was their work ethic. They were very responsible in working within their obligated timeline.

They were wonderful. I have no complaints with this company. They did an excellent job and the crew was great.

We could not be happier with the work performed by the installation team. It started when we called Ron's Roofing and the next day Mike came out to look the job over and give us an estimate. We also got an estimate from another installer, but chose Ron's Roofing.
A dumpster was set on Monday Sept. 19th., but it was raining so they couldn't start until Tuesday. The team stayed until dark most days to get the job done because we had rain in the forcast everyday that week. They finished the job on Saturday Sept. 24, 2011. Our neighbor came over and was very impressed with the work that was done.
