He checked out my freezer in my refrigerator to determine why it was not staying cold enough. He was honest and told me I would be better off buying a new or used refrigerator. He explained what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. I agreed that it would be better to buy another used one. Which I did.

They have done 4 warranty repairs on my new fridge in the last year- everyone was submitted without problem to the manufacturer for payment. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it (4 different problems) every time. I would definitely use them again.

They were on time to do the repair. They were very professional. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. They were very courteous and kind and I would use them in the future.
