They were timely, and professional and the patio looks absolutely great! We recommend regional concrete and would rehire them again without any hesitation.

Greg is a great contractor. He was contracted by my pool installer last Fall to do the concrete work around my new in ground pool. He and his entire staff were very careful working around my new (and expensive) pool. They did great work and left my yard clean (as well as you can when you drive a truck in the yard). After the winter of 2013-2014 I was worried about how the concrete would hold up to the harsh weather conditions. When the snow finally melted....I am happy to report that everything is PERFECT.
I was so impressed with Greg and his staff that I asked for his business card at the time of the pool work. This Spring I called Greg back to add an additional sidewalk to the pool area. He happened to be in the area working and stopped by to give me a quote. I accepted his quote and within 2 hours he sent his crew over to lay the forms. The next day the sidewalk was finished.
He made a few suggestions about how to make the sidewalk look more appealing. He was right on target. I am so very happy with the final produce.
Spring is a very busy season for this folks. If you have to wait a week for him to get to your project....PLEASE WAIT...you will not be sorry. They are 100% professional and do PERFECT WORK.
I will be using Regional Concrete again soon.

Can't get hold of the guy. He doesn't seem to have an office and only deals through his cell phone. After him not being able to get my message (due to a bad connection, he said) and then playing phone tag for two weeks, I gave up.
I'm still looking for a good contractor in the Battle Creek area.
I tried Quality Concrete also and they were just as bad.
Angie's list doesn't effectively cover the Battle Creek area so I feel as though the money spent on the subscription was a waste. It does no good when all the listed contractors are from 30 miles away or when the only ones in my area are virtually unrated.

I did try to call back multiple times and did leave a message, however I work alongside my employees to ensure proper supervision which requires a lot of my time. I can't always answer my phone, but I do my best to respond to voicemails in a timely manner . I think a bad review is unfair, but wish you luck with finding a contractor. Greg Messenger and his crew arrived on time and worked professionally throughout the entire job. They did an excellent job.Work was completed as quoted. They were very professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They were a class act that is very hard to find these days.
