It was a red flag that it was One Stop Express Lube did something since they were the last one's to change the oil and only the oil components were missing. My husband called and talked to the manager there who denied doing anything with the parts and said they had no proof. They're the only place that could have done it since we usually do it at home. My husband said Toyota parts are expensive to replace, and surmised that they were removed and sold.
At the time, I thought they were punctual and professional until I learned what happened.
