This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor/installer. They did a good job of helping me find a product that was in my budget and looked good. However, once they had my money the customer service disappeared. Installer was 3 hours late the first time. When I called they said they do their repairs in the morning then get to the new jobs. I had been told I was the first one of the day and they start at 9. I had to reschedule because it was going to be a two day job and half the first day was gone, which meant living with a torn up kitchen and living room for another week and more time off work. The second installer was rude, swore at me and threatened to leave if I tried to ask him any questions. "I have been doing this for 30 years, I know how to do this" was his response to my question " how are you going to prep and where is the seam going to be? Told me he would get the "F..." out if I didn't go away. He kept leaving my sliding door wide open during the entire day even after asking to please close so bugs don't get in.The owners came out to see what the problem was and accused me of bothering him and I shouldn't talk to him that he had been told how to do the job by Hans. Alicia also made rude remarks about my personal life that had nothing to do with getting the job done. Because I was not allowed to communicate with the installer there were problems with job. There were bubbles that were trapped in the middle of the floor. There was a seam over a threshold that was poorly done and not where I had wanted a seam. I had purchased enough material for there to be one seam and that is what I had told Hans when he did measuring. There ended up  to be 3 seams. They sent a third installer which made the repairs in a very professional manner and actually talked to me and explained how he could fix it. He told me the wrong glue had been used.  I have had many contractors work on my house over the past 20 years and have never been treated in such a rude manner in my own house when I was paying for their service.

I thought they were very good.  They are very professional.  The people that work there know what they're talking about.  Their installers were the same.
