Very happy with the whole process, from design to the finished product. Having no experience at doing such a big remodeling project, we appreciated Dave taking the time to explain the process and answering all our questions. Victor's input on the design was right on and his willingness to incorporating our desires and wishes into the layout worked very well. We even put several of his ideas back into the layout after we initially wanted to take them out. After installation, we said that yup, Victor was right.
Doug's installation was very quick and efficient. As with any such project, some modifications are required on the fly which Doug handled with no problems.
We are so happy with their work on the kitchen that we will not hesitate to use them on the our next project which will be to remodel the bathroom.

They subcontracted the work out to someone that didn't know what they were doing. The counter was cut to short, so the Kitchenshop came out, and said they could build the backsplash out to cover it. Was definitely not pleased.

"This review comes as a total surprise, unfortunately we cannot verify the validity of this customer or her comments since the job was done nearly 20 years ago. Our electronic records system does not go back that far and paper records of that age have since been destroyed. Our company has been in business since 1950, we measure, fabricate, and install all of our laminate tops. Our granite and quarts tops are also measured and cut by our company directly. We only outsource the installation of granite and quartz tops. All tops are made per the request of the customer and are custom cut to fit their specific space. Since 95' we have had many updates our industry and the machinery used in counter top fabrication. We always strive to have 100% customer satisfaction."

Counter tops were custom maid at their shop and fit exactly.. Very nice appearance -very durable excellent choice.

I ordered my bathroom vanity, counter, and new kitchen counter from the Kitchen Shop Outlet. The Kitchen Shop crew did the installation. They were efficient and tidy. Everything looks great and I love my new bathroom and updated kitchen counter!

The service was super fantastic. They did a good job of planning. I have what is called a galley kitchen and it is long and very narrow. It is about 6 feet wide and 12 feet in length, so you have to really sit down and think about how you are going to put it together. The other complicating factor is that it is an A-frame house and one wall has a 60-degree slant. I went out and paid top-dollar and we certainly got more than our money's worth. The guy who came out and actually did the work has been in the business for over 40 years and he knew exactly what he was doing. I could have spent a lot more money in this particular case. The only problem I faced was that the place from where we ordered the cabinetry was in Naples and they sent oak cabinets. That was a mistake that somebody on the computer made but they rectified it immediately. That was not an issue since we were not really pressed for time. There was some custom work that had to be done as well as ordering cabinets and these guys sent me their expert and he was great. It came out so well that I wouldn't mind having pictures taken of my kitchen for putting in the magazines.
