Christian was amazing, he made understanding the ins and outs of the inspection. We just recently had our inspection durring the covid19 so we were unable to attend the inspection. The same day of inspection Christian spent an hour on the phone with us and did a walk through of our home inspection and we asked and he answered all of our questions. I would highly recommended Christian and I would gladly use his service again.

Christian Plasencia is the best home inspector I have ever worked with. Very through, very and very detailed in his reporting. Here is the difference with Christian. Your inspection walk through will be long. This is the way it should be! Too often, people pay for the home inspection, get a quick walk through and their report. Later on the are surprised by issues. Christian has a ton of experience, and takes time during your walk thorough to teach about the process, and show what was good and bad. This gives buyers a comprehensive understanding about what they are buying. It makes negotiating easier, and leads to more satisfied purchases. Christian will also come back to give advice, and answer questions after your inspection. Great experience, great value, and I could not recommend Inspection Pro more! Will use again, and have recommended him to friends and family (who after using him feel the same)!
