Horrocks Farm Market

I was refered to Horrocks floral department by a friend when I needed to send a sympathy arrangement to a local funeral home. As I entered the department I was impressed by the large assortment of fresh flowers showcased on the floor. They also have a large walk-in cooler that is stocked with more fresh flowers as well as fresh made arrangements to choose from. I was greeted by a nice young lady and she asked if she could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to the cooler and then said if there wasn't anything already made that suited my needs they would be happy to custom design something. I told her I really wasn't sure what I want so she took me to a spot that had a nice table and chairs and some design books that I could look at to help me make up my mind. She told me that any design in the book could be changed to any colors I wanted. The pictures were just a guide. I was impressed by the selection and the prices. They also had a large selection of plants and planter baskets I could choose from. I choose a large easel arrangement that was shaped like a picture frame and brought in a picture for them to use. As I was given the cost I was told that all deliveries over $25 to funeral homes and hospitals were free. That was a pleasant surprise. A day later when I went to the service I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the piece beautiful but it exceeded my exspectations. They had taken extra care not to damage the picture and, in my opinion, it was the nicest piece there. Many people asked me where I got my flowers and I was very willing to share my find.
