Excellent. Flawless work and managed to find a Grohe part in a day (which is a line Helmus does not carry). They were shorthanded so the service manager Danny Snyder came out within a business day of my call (nothing was urgently broken). Danny offered me several options for each repair taking into account upcoming remodels, he was ver personable and interested in puzzling out some of the problems I had been noticing. I felt completely comfortable leaving him to finish the job and lock up behind himself.

Things went very well, and Joe upgraded the equipment to make sure I wouldn't have any trouble in the future. He even dug up plants that were in the path of his truck, and replanted them after the job was finished. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joe and crew for your next job.

Started out great but over cutting was done placing shower in and was told to have my other contractor fix it. This cost me more due to paid my other contractor to fix it. Shower doors were not installed due to "its not there responsibility " so again paid my other contractor to due this along with other things that helmus plumbing should have done.

I don't have time .... I said it all in the question above!

Once the repair person was on site, all was well. However, apparently messages (both after hours or when no one is available to answer the call) do not go to their office but are forwarded to a cell phone and may or may not be received and returned. This is why I scored them poorly on responsiveness and professionalism.

I called 7:30am Monday morning about a leaking pipe and someone was here by 9 (though they said 8:30). The job took 1.25 hrs and that includes running out for some parts. The plumber, Randy, was friendly and professional, and cleaned up well. We have used Helmus several times in the past to fix leaks in the bathroom, replace a kitchen faucet, run a new water line to the fridge/icemaker, install a shut-off for the gas cook-top, and replace a water heater. When they replaced the water heater several years ago we were away and had a housesitter and they were very easy to work with even from far away and over the phone. We will continue to use Helmus Plumbing.

They were good. They did good work and their pricing was excellent. I would absolutely work with them again in the future.

They haven't finished the work yet and everything is been great so far. They are on time, friendly and they are going a great job. We heard them talking during the work but we never heard them using the bad words. Their price is really good for the work they are doing and it is less than what we had expected. They clean up after themselves really well.

They were wonderful. They showed up on time. I thought that their prices were very reasonable. They were very careful about their work. I plan to use them for my plumbing work from now on.

Great company, with great plumbers. Great prices and more than worth the money. The plumber worked quick, was very professional, and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Work was done the same day as estimate due to cancellation. Thorough clean up after work completed. We were given an estimate of $150. Actual invoice was $145. We were very pleased with the work done.

Nice guy, named Todd, I think. Explained why he was doing the repair as he was. For the wax ring job he needed to reinforce the place in the plywood where the studs that come up through the porcelain were anchored. Outside the pipe was OK, but the sweated connection where it pokes through the sill is where the faucet head (brass) had come loose from the copper tubing; he couldn't work within the stud, so he replaced a section of pipe a few inches into the interior of the house so he could more securely and safely sweat the faucet onto the pipe. Improved the grade (slant) of the pipe for easier drainage. Cleaned up great after himself. Took a short lunch break.

Great service from the free estimate to the completion of the job. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

The installers where quick, courteous and arrived when promised. Had all the tools and parts for the installation.
