Each day Mr. Hamilton spoke to us about what would be done each day. They did have to work around the weeks rainy weather but were able to complete the job within the given time line. We could watch and observe the careful pride in their work. They wanted us as homeowners to be very pleased with the finished job.
They made several trips bringing in the large boulders and stone for the walls. They removed old railroad ties and cement sidewalk and front door steps, as well as a large evergreen and over grown bittersweet and weedy perennial garden area.
They took careful prep of all areas as they built with the boulders. When putting in the large block steps they measured and leveled to make sure the steps were correctly positioned. The sidewalk required precision cut paving stones to fit a curved walk to our front door.
They finished by placing perennial plants carefully with mulch and leveling and seeding the disrupted lawn area. We are so very happy with the finished product and the work that Mr. Hamilton and his crew did. We would be happy to have anyone interested in his services to come and see their work or we would be happy to talk about our experience.

Sam and his team showed up within minutes of when they said they would and in less than 8 hours transformed the look of the front of our house! The built up the front beds after removing Arborvitae, Lillies, and Hostas that weren't doing well and replaced them with a beautiful assortment of perennials that left the front awash in color, variety, and space. The beds were overcrowded before there work, likely a contributing factor in the poor performance of the previous plants. We had several projects going on at the time and only elected to have two of the four tasks done this summer but, we have every intention of having Sam back to complete the others and possibly more. They came highly recommended by a neighbor and co-worker who have had extensive work done and after our experience I can see why!

It looks really good. It is quite a hill and the equipment was a chore. He did an excellent job!

The gentlemen came up with a great idea on how to do my steps for my deck. I was really happy with the way things worked out. He looks things over and really comes up with great ideas. They were a little late on finishing the work, but I would recommend them.

We are very pleased with the finished product. The yard looks finished, and is much more functional.
