Horrible company to work with. Management is disorganized and incompetent. Workers just showed up anytime of the day. Worked a few hours and left. They weren't told what to do by the owner and sometimes didn't have the proper equipment. I had to explain what needed to be done every time for 13 day visits after I had already communicated this with the owner. Should have been a 5 day job. What did I hire them for? Owner treated my concerns with disrespect because I had to keep managing their workers after talking with her. Do not hire. Very unprofessional. Many companies out there that would do a professional job and treat the customer and their property with respect. I have been hiring for work on my homes for 40 years and never have I come across such an incompetent company. Do not work with this company. They had to borrow ladders, rags, razor blades, and drop cloths from me. Damaged my brick veneer with a wire brush so bad I had to file an insurance claim. Paint sprayed all over half my deck floor, down the steps, and all over the support beams. Will be nothing but headaches and property damage if you hire this company.

"This is harassment. She owes our company $2500 she rips off contractors used a fake name. She is continuing to harass me everyday also. Its being reported harassment is illegal. I sent a cease and desist note."

Hired them and paid a lot of cash up front. Met when job was done and paid more cash and a check. Got response back that my check was bad. Problem is when they showed me the check it was not mine and did not have my name on it. I told them to check with bank as that is not my check. They threaten to sue me 4 times as I kept telling them it is not my check and ask your bank and if you cant find It I will write you a new one. Threaten to sue me???? I just paid them 4k. Well the bank made mistake and they found my check. I did not get apology but was told I was rude. Very unprofessional so I will never use again. Paint job was average.

"This was a very rude customer from the start. Expected us to cover the paint out of the money he gave us for a deposit, then kept asking for more stuff to get painted 2 sides of a huge 2 story house, a garage and then the soffit on this huge house but he wanted us to cover all the paint. Then after two weeks of his abuse the bank misplaced the check and confused it with someone else's. The bank then told me it was not cashable. I called the customer who after all the **** he put us through began cussing at the top of his lungs when asked for payment. I told him we would have to go to court if not resolved. The bank realized they misplaced the check and called me back. This was a low value job considering we were forced to cover lots of paint, 2 weeks of labor, mistreated and disrespected the entire time. Would never service this customer again. Our price was beyond fair."

See prior review. Response was not factually correct. We had a firm contractual deadline imposed on us which we repeatedly communicated to them. On the contractual completion date, the buildings were not even prepped, much less primed- much less painted They actively solicited this job- we said no and then they reached out via email- if they couldn’t complete the job they shouldn’t have solicited it or taken it. We are not trying to “hurt” anyone, but we don’t think it’s fair to allow potential customers to be hurt by not getting a fair picture of how they did business on this particular occasion. Maybe it was an anomaly but we have no way to know that.

"We took this job painting 2 large barns in just a few days. We sent 3 workers out, tried our best to get it done in the allowed time. I mentioned from the start that we were swamped. when we were unable to complete in allowed time we gave a fair refund. This customer has been extremely rude and harassing."

It was very good, very responsive, they have painters on site which is what really impressed me. They were quick yet did a good job, they finished on a timely fashion and did an excellent work.
