He called to say the computer was fixed on the same & to come pick up. I also didn't know to take music from a disk & put it on to a MP3 player. He showed me how to do it but charged an hourly for this. As it turns out though, he showed me how to do it wrong.
I got the computer home & used it for about 5 min & got the blue screen again. By that that time they were closed. I took it back Monday. He said they'd work on it again but he was going to charge me. I was very upset at this since they didn't fix it the first time & he got the manager to do it for free. He said he thought it was a memory chip problem. I went back & got the computer, took it home it was doing the blue screen again. I just took it to another place who is working it now.
