I have a bathroom that has a non-functional tub shower. It has been that way since I bought it so I didn't know what was wrong with it. It also didn't drain when water poured into tub. Three years ago I called Clyde Hanger and they came out and gave me an estimate. Although the price seemed reasonable we decided since we only showered in our main bath we didn't need to spend the money at that time. Since then my mother has moved in with me making it necessary to use the other bath. I called Clyde back for an updated quote which they provided through the mail. I wanted to confirm what this quote entailed. I wanted to be sure that they just didn't plan to come install a new faucet and shower head and call it good. I wanted to know that the shower and bath would be functioning. The girl couldn't tell me. I ask to have the plumber call me back to make sure we were on the same page with what was being done and no one ever called me back. I since found another plumber on Angie's List that has come out and explained exactly what his plans are and a guarantee that the shower and bath would function and the tub would drain when he was done.

They know most of the historic homes in this city, so we are confident they know how to restore/repair our old plumbing. THey have always done a good job for us since we bought the house 15 years ago.
