Because I use well water and have a rust problem, Clyde recommended a solution that has worked and filled my salt cube container as well as offered to come back anytime if I have questions. When I need to add more salt, he or a technician will carry those heavy bags and fill the container for me.
The price paid included one year of salt (which I haven't yet needed!)
I'm very happy with my purchase and with Clyde's professional and friendly customer service. The office staff is also courteous.
