Because over the last 26 years we have never been disspointed in the fairness of Honda when it comes to making repairs or recommendations to us, we will continue to buy Hondas in the future. We feel we're never been gouged by pricing, and feel Honda Service has gone above and beyond to help us get the service we need in a fair and reliable way. We have found through repetitive years of dependable, honest and reliable service at Battle Creek Honda, it will make us Honda fans for years to come.

Had them look over an Accord I recently purchased and while they did a reasonably good job, I thought it was a bit pricey for the time spent. Checklist was marked with everything passing, but there was a comment in the written report that I found after I got home that stated that the car had a broken motor mount. They did quote me a price to fix it when I questioned them later, as well as a price for some other repairs that the car will need in the future. Both seemed high, especially after I had two other repair shops also quote me a price that was almost half as much. I've been taking my other Honda there for a while, and have always had good service, but that was also under warranty. All in all one of the better dealers I've been to over the years.

I take my Honda Odessy to them for service. The staff here is great! They keep up with all of my maintenance needs. The facility is also comfortable; providing internet, coffee, etc. They are very professional and courteous. Your car is always returned promptly. They even take appointments for convenience.
