Very Bad! They left shingles and garbage all over the yard. The put a hole in my septic tank cover and left it. They never pulled any permits. My addition is 3 inches lower than the rest of my house. I could go on for hours

He was to frame the outside of our home so we could get our windows in but the labor cost was way too high so we decided not to hire.

Dave is very prompt and professional. Did a great job

iWe contacted B.M.I. on a Tuesday for an estimate, we had a short window when we could have our painting done before we had new flooring installed. B.M.I. adjusted their schedule so we could have the painting and ceiling repair done by the end of the same week. What a great job, very professional, Dave (owner) and his crew were on time, very friendly, hard workers and the clean up was more than I expected. I highly recommend them and I will definitely hire them in the future. Thanks!

It turned out good. They did a good job. They came when they said and they were very responsible.

B. M. I. workers were, without exception, timely, polite, professional and (if I had just one adjective with which to describe them it would be) competent. They invariably arrived to the job, daily, as scheduled. If they got behind, which happened a couple of times, they caught up by working weekends. We asked that the basement be completed by Thanksgiving 2011. B. M. I. actually completed it several days earlier. It should be noted that B. M. I. made several significant improvements--which weren't part of the original contract--free of charge. We now have an exceptionally nice basement which we enjoy daily, and a three-seasons porch which--winter weather notwithstanding--our grandchildren frequent. In short, we are very pleased with B. M. I. and the work they did for us! Not only would we hire B. M. I. again--but, in fact, we already did: They just finished putting in some very attractive built-in bookshelves for us.
