He did a good job with minimal lawn damage.  After grinding stumps, he cleaned up completely.

Rich and Steve delivered as promised.  They used their "cherry picker" to cut the tree down where it hung over our deck (the vast majority of the tree was in this position).  All branches (small) were ground up and hauled away.  Useable wood was cut into 16 inch lengths and wide pieces split so we can use the wood for our fireplace.  They also ground the stump down and even shredded up a stack of bush trimmings that were in our yard!  They truly exceeded our expectations.

It was very hard to have them do the removal because they kept rescheduling for months  but they were hundreds less so we dealt with it.  They did one tree one weekend and the other the next. They had to pull my fence out to get to one of them in the backyard. They didn't put the fence back properly and now the gate will not close at all. They never came back to remove the mulch that was left behind. He didn't recall saying he would for the price he quoted but it was definitely told to us and it took several months to get the work done from the 1st VERBAL (only) quote so I wasn't going to fight with them on the fence or the mulch. We got what we paid for - our trees gone. Had to pay another company to remove the mulch and it still looks terrible. Moral of the story just pay the real professionals and have it all done right the 1st time.
