Just as I stated above except I asked them if when those warning lights were on if it meant those features didn't function and they said yes...they were not working if lights on. I asked them if it was safe for me to drive like that especially in the winter and isn't that what I paid for when I bought the car?  I truly feel they should have given me a loaner if they couldn't provide me with a warranty repair on a car I purchased from them.  They did not.  A few weeks later the ordered part came in and they left me a message with that info. However, it was too late as I had spun out and rolled over in a ditch that same night going 30 mph on snowy road (55mph rd)
Now my car has at least $10000.00+ in damages as a result, which I adamantly maintain would NOT have occurred if I had the previously mentioned safety features fully functioning on my vehicle.  
I decided I would rather trade it in than get it back repaired.  (same dealer doing repair)  So I asked them if they would work with me and give me a good deal on a trade for new car considering the circumstances... No, they want to give me $6000 less than blue book value since my car has now been in crash.  But according to them, it will completely fixed and like new...so which is it? And couldn't they have been a little more fair considering they were rather negligent in allowing me to leave dealership without a safe vehicle?  Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. I am very disappointed with this dealership and would never considering doing business with them again and would discourage others as well.
