All projects have gone extremely well. They have outstanding customer service and are extremely professional. They followed up after the initial installation of the lawn and lanscaping to make sure that everything was satisfactory. They also reseeded the lawn free of charge following a very heavy rainfall. After 1.5 years, our new lawn is luscious and incredible! We have one of the nicest lawns in the neighborhood. We recently had some weed control put down for a very competetive price. The initial application did not kill 100% of the weeds, so they re-applied the herbicide free of charge. We are now vertually weed free! Artisans is always willing to answer questions and they are extremely helpful. They are very trustworthy! I plan to hire them for all my future lanscaping needs - and I am VERY picky!!

Chad Foyer is the person that I am dealing with. He came out and I showed him the area that I wanted landscaped. Then he went back to the office, drew up a design, and made some suggestions. I went to the nursery and got the flowers and plants. Then it rained very heavily here in the valley and we got drenched. Then the other guy that had been working on the house said that there were some things that had to be done inside. Now I have a money crunch. I called Chad and told him how it is, I am going to have to back out, and I had given him $2100. I told him that I would pay for the design and his time. I told him that I want to do the work myself and buy the plants from him. I made sure that he understood that was not because we had to keep pushing the start date back because of the weather. He called me back and said that he understood and he was not going to charge me for the design and would send me another check. I am super satisfied with him and as soon as my situation changes, I will be using him. I have no reason to be dissatisfied with him.
