Top Lawn is an owner-operated family business. Owners Mike Curlee and Ken West both own homes here locally and have families just like you. Ken and Mike have been working in this industry for over 30 years combined and guarantee there isn't a lawn problem they can’t fix. Did not have contact with the person doing the work whereas I was out of town. Toplawn notified me the day before when they were coming. Like the advance notice. The post on my lawn lets me know that the operation was preformend.

Amazing crew. Proactive and responsive to customers, from the very top to every field service person. Excellent equipment and programs. Persistent and determined resolutions to any customer concerns, issues or lawn questions! So they're hired now for the second year. We have hired who-is-who in lawn service over several decades and until recent years. Never experienced such an outstanding service. We hope that they maintain the quality of service as the business grows.

So a team member came by and walked the front and back lawn, came up with a conclusion and gave me several suggestions. For now I went with their suggestions and in about a week they will start Implementing the lawn care that I need.

Over the years 100 % One mishap last year where Top Lawn came out and sprayed for mosquitoes and within a couple of hours it rained. One week later though minimal we had mosquitoes. I called Top Lawn and they were out early the next morning at no extra charge. Situation rectified to my full satisfaction.

Dealt with True Green last year and felt like I was just a commission to the person on the phone. My neighbor uses Top Lawn and after talking with the guy doing the application knew I wanted to switch companies. They told me they would call the first of the year and they did with a great price and explained what was going to be done.
