"Hello [member name removed]. We appreciate you reviewing us online, but find an error in your review if you are referring to your oil change service on 10/23/2013; the only date we view you visiting us for service. Upon research, your oil change service before tax totaled $46.88, and we also issued you a $3.00 off discount coupon. Your 2014 Jeep vehicle does require a special cartridge oil filter that is not included in our standard price. Your vehicle also requires 6 quarts of 5w20 motor oil. Our base price covers the first 5 quarts of oil. Anything over 5 quarts is additional. It does appear you were charged for 7 quarts, rather than 6 quarts filled. Thus, a credit of $4.23 is due you. I will call your number on file. Again, in reviewing your service receipt, you were not charged $70 for an oil change, as you stated in your review. We use quality grade motor oils and parts. Our oil filters are USA made and not foreign cheapies. Our base oils are premium grade, GF4 rated semi-synthetics. The vast majority of our customers find our prices very fair and are happy to use quality products, as opposed to non GF4-grade "mystery oils" and poorly made oil filters. I am sorry you are confused as to the price you paid and/or service you received. I wholeheartedly believe your pricing was very fair, and again, not the $70 you state in your review, as you paid under $50 for a top quality semi-synthetic oil change, cartridge oil filter and complete safety inspection. Feel free to contact us anytime to discuss, and we hope you will research the materials necessary for a quality oil change service on your vehicle - cartridge oil filter, 6 quarts 5w20, waste oil disposal, fluids, grease, thorough safety inspection, non-minimum wage labor from certified technicians, and re-evaluate. We use premium semi-synthetic oil in our standard oil changes, as well as USA made oil filters made by Purolator...quality products that far exceed cheaper oils and flimsy overseas oil filters. Our oil change technicians are also very experienced; many with mechanical repair licenses, so our recommendations are based on hands-on experience and knowledge. We pride ourselves in offering honest, quality auto service at an affordable price and this has not changed in the 32 years we've been in business. As a female vice president of the company, I cannot tell you how bothered I am when female customers come in with receipts from other shops and were overcharged and/or overserviced for services not warranted. For example, a female customer recently paying over $100 at a shop for a scan of her "check engine" warning light. This is a service we offer at no charge! Unfortunately, there are unscrupulous shops out there and they can cast all auto repair shops in a bad light. I went in for an oil change a mo. later and the guy tried to charge me for adding coolant. I told him if the coolant is low it is because you did not fill it up enough as I just had a new radiator put in. They filled it for no charge, but I am done with this place.
But I will say they are fine for oil changes and bulbs, etc. Bu I would not do anything more than that at this place.

It sounds like you were given a verbal approx. cost for repairs on a business card without an actual inspection. As I do not know what time had passed between this initial quote and the actual day you brought your vehicle in for service, it is hard to say how part costs may have fluctuated. We make every attempt to honor our verbal estimates - many given without even inspecting a vehicle. Upon inspection, variables may be found that effect the original quote - further work may be deemed necessary and/or part pricing and availability may have changed. We certainly make every attempt to honor original quotes. Each auto repair is unique, and all customers are given written repair orders - prior to the start of any repair work - that clearly state the costs for parts/labor/supplies. This repair order is acknowledged and signed by customer prior to the start of any repair. This is standard procedure for our 32 years in business. All auto repair estimates are based on the industry-standard Mitchell system taking into account part costs and typical labor times. As variables do exist in auto repair, exact pricing is often difficult before actually inspecting the vehicle. Part availability and manufacturing costs due affect our auto part pricing, and as such, parts pricing can vary, especially if time had passed between initial verbal estimate and actual repair. As far as your coolant issue, we do charge a fee to add radiator fluid/coolant to vehicles. It is very likely that the servicing technician had no knowledge of your radiator repair one month prior. Once we were made aware of your radiator replacement, you were not charged for coolant. Following radiator replacement, it is very common for air to purge itself from the system, thus decreasing fluid level and requiring more radiator fluid to be added to the system. We provide top-notch oil change service as well as a wide-range of quality auto repairs, and thousands of our customers through the years will agree. We receive hand-written cards, goodies, and letters of recommendation on a regular basis, and we are proud of this. We love our customers, and we have a dedicated staff who work hard to treat each customer's vehicle as if it were their own.
