I have had a problem in the past with mice getting into my basement through the insulation. This year I had a chipmunk trying to get in through my firebox. They don't take care of removing live animals. They do have a service where they go in your basement and remove all the old insulation. They go into every space in between each rafter and look for holes and fill the holes with foam and a fabric which contains stainless steel which greatly deters these critters from coming in. They just about told me it is guaranteed for the life of my house unless I get hit by a tornado. I had that done and they were excellent. They put fabric on the firebox and they came back out to repair that. They will come back out at no charge to do that.

We are very happy with them. The guy who comes out to our house, Sandy is great. He has been coming out here for a long time now. He knows exactly what we want and what our issues are. He is always on time. He is just a really nice, pleasant guy. He is a great guy, and they do a great job. Their pricing is reasonable.

I have used them for maybe five years. I would use them in the future.

They spray every other month. The service has been very good. They come regularly. They are reliable and I've never had an issues with him. I don't have anything to compare their price with.

They were ok. They had a payment plan where they were suppose to come back three times. They never came back the third time. I didn't like what they did what their scheduling. My overall experience with them was average. They quality was good. They knew what they were doing. The guy that came out was great.

They always come to my house whenever I call them for services, and most of the time its all the same day. I started using them because the owners of the house before us used them.

I have a service agreement with them and they are always on time when maintenance is scheduled. They are very reasonable on there price. I would use them again.

The service level is very good. The man who came out was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to understand what we eneded. He also gave us some advice on what we can do to keep the pests out. The overall interaction was good, but so far the results haven't been what we hoped.

The people from Orkin Exterminating Company Inc come out monthly for the job. They are very thorough and take different approaches for different problems.

They usually spend half our or forty minutes here. I like that they’ve been around for a long time and that their technician is very knowledgeable.

They started coming out last fall, and now they show up every once in a while.

I've been very impressed with them since we've started using them. The price listed is what our yearly contract costs. We will definitely continue to use them in the future.

They are professional and they knew what to use to keep the ants away. We have not had ants since they were here and I think they do a great job. We will continue to use them because we trust them to get the job done right.

I could not believe it, but it worked. They did a very nice job. Orkin keeps coming back every other month to treat and I have not seen a thing. We have never had termites so we are lucky of that. The only thing about them is that they continue the service for too long. I pay them $35 every other month and I do not think it is necessary for them to have to keep coming back. They are really good though.

The company required a yearly, formal contract. During the year, they would treat my home every 3 months for a variety of unwanted pests. During the estimate period, they completed a thorough examination of the ant problem. The employee was very pleasant and showed up on time. The estimate is based on a yearly contract. I opted to not choose them based on price and the requirement of a yearly contract.

They seem to be pretty good. They come out every two months and charge a so-so rate. I think they are expensive and that I could probably find someone else cheaper, but they are very fast to respond. They also give us a lot of good information. They are a very big operation so maybe that is why they charge a little more. As long as they take care of the problem, I am satisfied.

THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK, THEIR COMPANY IS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE AREA. I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY DID EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.

THE GENTLEMAN CAME TO THE HOUSE AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS NEEDED TO GET RID OF THE ANTS. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND DID NOT DISTURB MY DAILY ROUTINE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED.

THE COMPANY SPRAYED THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE FOR ANTS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF GETTING RID OF THEM. THEY ALSO SPRAYED THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE GONE.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY ONLY SPRAYED MY HOUSE ONCE AND THE ROACHES WERE GONE. THEY ARE WAY BETTER THAN THE OTHER COMPANIES I HAVE USED IN THE PAST.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB SPRAYING FOR BUGS AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY TROUBLE SINCE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY KNEW WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND WHERE TO SPRAY.

I THINK THIS COMPANY DOES A GREAT JOB. THEY HAVE SUCCESSFULLY TAKEN CARE OF PROBLEMS WE HAVE HAD. I LIKE THAT THEY COME BI-MONTHLY. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. I HAVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. THIS COMPANY DID EVERYTHING THAT I WANTED THEM TO DO FOR A GOOD PRICE SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

IT WAS OKAY. I WASN'T EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE IMMEDIATE PROBLEM, BUT EVERY NOW AND THEN I SEE A DEAD BUG. I MIGHT CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN IF I COULDN'T FIND ANYONE ELSE.

THEY CAME ON TIME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM VERY WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.
