replacement windows
+ -1 moreI do not have the windows and I do not have a refund of the money. The owner/president of the company, as well as his project manager have given me varing excuses as to why I don't have the windows, starting with supplier problems. Now, the president of the company says he has anxiety issues. I wished I'd never seen their ad in the local pennysaver magazine. At this point I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and put in a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General.
Description of Work: Quoted both the windows and the roof in April, 2012. The owner/president "seemed" professional as so did the project manager. After the initial visit to get measurements and to look at the job, they came back with a very impressive presentation. They kept in touch and kept calling to see if we had made a decision. Since we are a non-profit adult foster care home, we had to "save" enough money for the windows over the next several months. On October 2, 2012 I called the president and told them we had the money, and I would give them half in cash. They came the very next day and said it would be 2 or 3 weeks to install the windows. No windows, No refund. BEWARE of this company!
