We had a GREAT experience with Certa Pro Painters. The pricing, staff, and painters were all very knowledgeable. We keep getting compliments on the painting we had done on our garage and shed. We love it! I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have painting done.

Having our home painted by CertaPro was a very positive experience. Our painter was very professional, punctual, hard working, friendly and knowledgable, sharing recommendations on how to handle painting difficult areas, like around our outdoor electrical supply and phone utility boxes. The paint job is beautiful and has made a drastic improvement in how our home looks outside. We would definitely hire CertaPro again!

Owner talked the talk but did not walk the walk. Never completed the work. Old calking was never removed, just painted over. Completely missed some areas. Foreman was rarely on site, and painters (2) doing the work needed the foreman to communicate. Prep was poor. When foreman did the final walk-through, he thought all was fine. I was fed up, I decided to pay him to be rid of them and told him to let his boss know what I thought. I hired another contractor to cover up some of their work. Note that I have used the CertaPro franchise before in another state and they were excellent. I cannot say the same for this franchisee.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my service from this company. The salesman was very thorough and helpful throughout the job. The price was right, very competitive. The painter who did the job was meticulous, took pride in her work, and she was a pleasure to have in my home. Highly recommended!

CertaPro was great to work with. Bruce (the owner) came to our house quickly after we called, assessed the project, and gave us a fair quote minutes after leaving our home. It took other companies weeks to get back to us with their estimates. Once we made the decision to schedule our job, Bruce got us on the schedule the follow week. Josh, our painter, was great. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He made sure we were comfortable with everything and addressed any concerns that we had along the way. He also took time to explain the process to us as he did the work. We will definitely use CertaPro in the future.

CertaPro Painters of Rochester Hills gave excellent professional communication throughout the job cycle with emails and punctual scheduled appointment dates, did a thorough cleaning and preparation before painting, used quality name brand materials, and most importantly performed outstanding workmanship that was completed in a timely manner including full clean-up. We couldn't ask for more from a professional painting company and crew. Be sure to ask for Eliseao!

I called to get an estimate and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. I had the complete interior of my condo painted. The work was completed in one day which should have been my first clue that corners were cut. They came out twice to fix areas I found that they missed. They damaged the finish on my bathroom sink and left a mess in my kitchen. I have found paint on my light fixture, floors, and on my furniture. I emailed the office manager about the lack of protection of my belongings and she thanked me for my candor and said she would use it as a training tool.

We strive to make every experience excellent, that's why once you called we were back on site on two different occasions to address your concerns. We will review and enhance our processes with your feedback. Going forward we will make sure the wall edge behind the dishwasher door is painted. Also, in the future we will take into consideration the need to dust the tops of the Kitchen cabinets. This has not been a common practice. I would be happy to come out for a third visit and inspect your bathroom sink damage and have it repaired at my expense. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and will do what is needed to correct the situation."

It was great. Bruce Kay gave me a quote to paint the wood portion of my house. I found him to be very personable and professional. He was not pushy at all. He was very detailed as to what the quote covered. He left me the written quote along with some paint samples from Sherwin Williams. When I decided to have CertaPro do the work, they kept me well informed as to what each step would consist of and when I could expect it. Bill did the actual painting. I was very impressed with him as he was quite meticulous and didn't leave one paint drop anywhere! Very Very Happy!

We couldn't be happier with the job that was done. It was great working with Bruce, the owner, who helped us scope out what needed to be done before painting, in terms of repair work, caulking, etc. He hooked us up with Amanda, a color consultant from Sherwin Williams, who did a fabulous job helping us pick out what colors we could use to tie together our brick, siding, trim and deck. Michelle, the project manager always kept us informed and on a great time schedule. She was great at coordinating our project. The paint crew, Fred and Devon were awesome to work with. They were very personable, flexible, efficient and meticulous. They also cleaned up well after working each day. They were great about working around the pesky raindrops by adjusting their schedules to get the job done quickly despite the rain.

Painters (Fred and Devin) were professional, punctual and very tidy. We are please with all rooms - The Great Room was especially difficult with wood beams in a high Cathedral ceiling, and the edge-work was perfect!

Bruce was very professional. He returned my call promptly, arrived when he said he would, and discussed the job thoroughly to make sure he understood what we wanted. I liked that he left us a folder containing information on the bid and their company. They pressure washed the house and did a very good job. We have had damage in the past from pressure washing. The painters were very good, arrived on time and worked effectively. They were very accommodating to our schedule. The house looks great! I would hire them again.
