It didn't go at all. They never gave a firm date for doing the work and did not respond to any calls or texts after receiving my deposit. I called the owner and left message on 7-17-25, and 9-12-25. I sent text messages to the sales agent in June, July, and Sept, and left phone message.

So far it's been lack of communication, no show, and no work. Contacted Angi on May 1, 2025 regarding having two parts of my circle driveway asphalted. Brandon from APR reached out and we set up a day and time for an estimate on May 3, 2025. Both Brandon and Jim from APR were present for the estimate. I was told to let them know when I had 50% down and they would schedule the service. On June 11, 2025 Brandon from APR picked up a deposit from me for $8750.00m which was 1/2 of the total estimate. I was told at that time, depending on weather, that they would be back to start the work on Monday, July 14th, or Monday, July 21, 2025. On July 1, 2025 I contacted Brandon from APR asking him to return my call regarding changing the scope of the work. I did not receive any call back. From July 1 through July 13, 2025, I left a number of text messages and voicemails with both Brandon and Jim and received no contact back. On July 14, 2025 Jim from APR sent a text explaining he had been out of town and would look and let me know. I spoke to Jim that day and he agreed to only doing one part of the job and he said he would come out to give a new estimate at the same rate. There was contact between Jim and I multiple times between July 15th and 16th. Jim was going to stop by on July 16th to re~do the estimate. He sent a text that he was on his way and should arrive around 2. It was a very stormy day, and he did call back and say he could not make it because he had equipment out of town that he had to take care of. That is the last contact I have had with APR. I have called, I have sent text messages on August 1st, 7th, 12th, and 27th; one from APR has responded. On both July 15th and August 12th, I asked if they were going to do the job, and if not, I would like my money back.

Great pricing and job well done. Will hire them again to pave another driveway!

I thought Jim was a good contractor he attempted to remove the snow from the property yet he damaged a lot of the sod and a lot of the concrete. I would attempt to pay him again and put markers on the property so he wouldn't damage again. He failed to return communication 2 emails and 2 phone calls. I'm buried in snow and would be happy to pay for his work. All I want him to do is finish the job

Driveway was resurfaced by Simon Paving. VERY poorly done. One of their accomplishments is that a previously dry garage now gets flooded every time it rains. Hired APR to fix the problem and to seal the surface. They came, they worked, I paid them. Next time it rained water flowed into garage exactly as before. Left messages for Jim 4 times. Talked to him once. No action, water still drains into garage, but only when it rains. If you want to grow mushrooms in your garage do hire him.

They did a great job on my driveway. Very reasonably priced. Fast and was very willing to work with my schedule. Will definitely call again for all my asphalt repair needs.

Jim was great in communicating when APR was going to do the work. They did a great job.

Very dependable. Excellent work...much better than others I have hired. No missed spots, evenly coated, no messy areas on sidewalks, all cracks were filled. My neighbor was so impressed with quality of material used and quality of work...he got a quote and they did his drive way right after they finished mine. My driveway was 7,200 sq. ft. and neighbors was 6,400 sq.ft. I highly recommend James.
