Not even a customer of them and I came home to a driveway full of rocks and debris after my neighbors were serviced, meanwhile my neighbors driveway was completely spotless. Manager Bob was a complete a** hole about the situation and tried to blow it off and showed no respect nor did he even offer an apology or to have someone come and clean up the mess. Again I wasn’t even a customer and I never will be.

Do not hire Arbor Tree Service. We hired them to remove some dead trees and various dead limbs on healthy trees. Their crew performed much of the dead limb removal by climbing the tree and securing themselves with ropes. They used healthy limbs to support their weight and to give themselves leverage to cut nearby dead limbs. They were promptly paid upon completion before their departure. Two weeks later on a still, dry, calm evening a healthy six-inch limb from a perfectly healthy 20-inch caliper locust tree fell onto our roof. The same tree the Arbor Tree Service crew was climbing in earlier. I called Arbor Tree Service to remove the fallen branch. When the crew arrived they were obviously prepared with a nonsensical lie about the apparent “storm damage”. There had been no storm, this was damage they had done but they weren’t about to accept responsibility or acknowledge the truth. They charged $300 to fix their damage. I followed up with a detailed letter to the president of Arbor Tree Service. The response: silence. Arbor Tree Service is dishonest and unprofessional. Do not hire Arbor Tree Service.

They were trimming trees in out condo complex, I spoke to the crew about a special tree and ask that they not trim it. It was not affecting any buildings or decks. They said they would not trim it but they did and ruined it. Nothing but hackers with chain saws. When I questioned both crews they said they didn't do it and that the other crew was lying. How unprofessional is that! I would not recommended this tree company because they do not care and have no regards for request of the customers.

The estimate done professional with good explanations, certificate of insurance emailed promptly per our request. The crew came exactly on scheduled time, the work was done very professional, fast, they clean after they cut the tree (more than 50' tall) and clean after grinding the stump. We are very satisfied with the job done, Thank you!

Perfect from my view as a condo owner.

We just had a fantastic experience with Arbor Tree Service. A crew of five arrived promptly for their appointment at 8am today and did a fantastic job with our project. The project entailed a complete demolition of mature trees, bushes and timbers. The team took special care of the neighbor's property in addition to ours. All stumps were ground deep to avoid future mounds. Importantly, the team spent a good amount of time cleaning up the mess afterwards to ensure it was left in good condition. In summary, I would highly recommend Arbor Tree Service for your tree removal or demo projects.

The company's owner, came to our home at the scheduled time, and gave us a very concise presentation of the work he would propose to do, based on our request. Our list included a request for removal of one of the very large trees, which had been suggested, six month ago, by another company. He immediately told us that this was unnecessary, and that our tree was perfectly healthy. He also stated that our oaks should not be pruned now due to Oak Wilt. Mr. Milliken's knowledge on trees amazed me and my wife. Though we had obtained three other estimates, we decided to sign the contract with him, because we felt very confident. On the day of the work, Mr. Milliken and his crew, arrived on time, and immediately started working with the precision of a clock. We have never had a crew work at this level of professionalism in our home before. Undoubtedly they are head and shoulders above the competitors. We have no hesitation in recommending Arbor Tree Service to our friends and neighbors.
