We just called them in the Spring to complain because we found tree roots when we went to plant and we were not happy about it. I went with the guy because he is a vet and we try to help out and honor people who come back and are trying to make a living. I gave them over a hundred dollar tip, they did some extra work for me, which was not on the original estimate and I was very happy that they did that. They didn't do a great job on removing the tree, but they did a great job on everything else. Well, they tore up our front yard, which wasn't good. They were nice and everything. When you come to somebodies house, you plan for those things. They should of put down big 8 by 10 sheets of plywood and use their bobcat on that instead of the lawn and they should of recognized that they were messing up the lawn. They should of stopped and said "Hey, we have this issue. Is it okay if we continue." It was sloppy.

I would rate them excellent, very good. One of the benefits I liked about Chris when he came out for his bill. It was perfect, I would highly recommend them. the tree guys came yesterday but I said about five years ago I had a similar service done, they were much more expensive. For the same job five years ago, I paid 650, they were beautiful, they showed up on time and very professional. The price was very satisfactory.
