ROSS HEATING & COOLING

WE MOVED INTO OUR HOME IN DECEMBER, 2005. MY DAUGHTER'S BEDROOM DID NOT START GETTING HEAT UNITL APRIL, 2006. THEY FINALLY GOT HER HEAT WORKING AND IT WAS TIME FOR AIR CONDITIONING AND THEN WE REALIZED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING DIDN'T WORK. THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT. WE HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER HEATING COMPANY TO FIX IT. THE AIR CONDITIONER THAT ROSS HEATING INSTALLED WAS TOO SMALL FOR OUR SIZE HOUSE. ALL OF OUR HARDWOOD DOWNSTAIRS HAS TO BE PULLED OUT AND REPLACED BECAUSE ROSS HEATING NEVER CUT THE HOLE FROM OUR HUMIDIFIER TO OUR FURNACE. THE HUMIDITY LEVEL IN OUR HOUSE WAS SO LOW IN OUR HOUSE DURING THE WINTER (15%), THAT ALL OF OUR HARDWOOD BUCKLED AND LIFTED. I CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES, THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT. WE OUR NOW IN THE PROCESS OF SUING THEM.

I had a leak in the bottom of a furnace this company had cleaned and inspected only 2 months earlier. The repairman showed up late and spent 5 minutes looking at the furnace, then told me it would cost over $1000 to fix the problem. He left after doing essentially nothing and the company later sent me a bill for $120 for this ''service call''
