Excellent experience. They were very thorough and detailed, put together a great layout for our kitchen, and beat the other estimates we received. The crew worked very quickly. We had a few minor issues after install and they were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction.

Communication, design, and time planning were all very good. My only issue with the program management is it should be a standard practice for Carolynn to schedule a final walk through with the customer. Our main problem was the quality of the install; finish on cabinets were damaged during grouting the backsplash, cabinet doors were misaligned, caulking was not completed, incorrect screws were used in electrical boxes, and trim pieces missing, After the backsplash install an electric outlet was shorted out during reassembly, which tripped the circuit for our fridge, Fortunately it was new and not loaded with food yet, because we were not informed of the issue and the fridge was out all night. There were also a couple of issues with materials used; the accent tiles did not match the thickness of the base tiles on the backsplash, which causes fit problems with switch plate covers, and a decorative insert was used instead a colored sink strainer, which increases the fit height resulting in standing water in the sink. I don't feel the overall finished product was consistent with the price.

There were many finishing issues...she argued that we did not contact them in a timely manner afterward with the issues and that since my husband did the final walk through that the contract was fulfilled.
Mind you, I was not contacted by her at my workplace or via email or at home to see if this was acceptable.
My husband was working from home and was interupted during conference calls when she arrived for the final walk through and was not able to truly inspect the job and focus on his call at the same time. She didn't want to come in the evening when I was home and available.
My workplace was an hour away and when I got home from work it was dark and there was so much chaos in the various areas that I was not able to fully inspect the job as it was progressing.
Since the job was paid in full I hesitated to contact them, anticipating the customer service push back that I did in fact receive from her.
Examples: Rough edges and bad angle cuts, warped pcs. of trim in bathtub, messy caulking, wires put in closet to accommodate wiring in laundry room not finished off, just bare edges of dry wall. Some issues appeared gradually with the passing of a couple mo. and when we brought them to her attention, much less than a year after work done, she argued that it was too long since the walk through. She apparently did not want to bother with contacting any of the manufacturer's of the product to enact/honor their product warranties. Right after the job was "finished" it was Christmas and with 2 professional people working more than full time hours and having holiday guests and trave;l we do not feel that it was too long to report the problems...

Cleaning out closet found wire brought thru laundry room wall to floor of closet for addition of an electrical outlet on laundry room wall. Not shown on "final walk thru" - very rough and unfinished...may not pass home inspection for sale of house...highly unlikely this company would make acceptable. Caulk on wood cabinet and counter top has separated after a year and caulk on Silestone in tub is continuing to separate...obviously not the appropriate product for the application.
