A.M. Services provided ASTONISHINGLY BAD residential driveway and sidewalk clearing for us this winter. Even their baseline estimate seemed very high but we thought they'd be worth it for great, no hassle service. We were shocked to slowly realize that the cheap, lousy service we used the year prior was actually a much better bet. They'd show up 2-3 days after a snow to clear and then a few hours later, and clear again, charged twice ($90+ for each clearing) for absolute nonsense work. When we finally went down to look at our sidewalk a few months into the season we realized it was solidly covered in ice/snow. Our neighbor said they watched them each time and were surprised that they even bothered doing such sloppy shovel work. I know they have contracts with the city which is perhaps why we weren't fined for the job they did on the sidewalks, but I'd never take that chance again. To top it all of, their estimate wound up being off by MORE THAN DOUBLE. So we were asked to cough up another $650 after a winter of ridiculous service. They wouldn't get back to us about the billing/service discrepancies and so we've decided to settle our bill rather than waste anymore time. They know what they did.

Services were performed as discussed for the front yard.  We called in September 14' requesting a bid for 2015 for expanded services to add  the backyard and mowing.  We called again 2 weeks later after not hearing from them and was told the lack of response would be communicated to the manager and for sure we would receive a call.  We never heard back. Do I even need to say we have contracted with a company this year for all these services and others but it's not with Weed Man?

My lawn has recovered pretty well so I’ve been very satisfied with their work. This company was expensive for their aeration, but in the end, it worked out. The quality of work and professionalism is good!

I have repeatedly requested that they do not use a plow in my narrow driveway, only a snowblower.  They don't do this, and I end up being left with a thick crust of hard snow which turns to ice as soon as the sun shines on my south facing driveway.  The last time they did such a bad job that I was thoroughly stuck at the base of my drive.  It took 4 guys to push me out in negative 16 degree weather.

The experience has been very good. They could improve on their callback time. I have to wait on certain people and sometimes it takes a week or so for them to get back to me. They are very accurate with coming to do the service.

We live in a subdivision and needed a basic lawn mowing and trimming service. We didn't shop around and just called the first advertisement we saw and signed up for the summer. I got home one day and saw tire tracks all over our lawn - however nothing was cut. There was not one cut piece of grass anywhere. I understand that it's best to cut the grass high, but its a very bumpy lawn and I would expect to see some cut pieces. There was no cut grass smell. It just looked like someone rode a 4-wheeler all over our lawn and tore up the wet areas with tires (not severe but noticeable). The trimming was POOR. They did not trim under our electrical box on our house nor under our water faucet. In fact, it was so poorly done that I didn't think they did it. We had to ask our neighbors who said they saw them "mowing and trimming". We called and canceled our service immediately. And guess what - they didn't cancel it and sent us a bill. We called back to cancel again and now we are going with another local service which is $15 cheaper. We were told someone would follow up on why we canceled the service - as we wanted validation that it was a poor job done and were hoping a supervisor would come out to inspect asap (they are in our subdivision everyday it seems doing something). Anyways, we never heard back. Terrible.
