Vogel's Lock & Safe

Very knowledgable, fast.  He also made me the number of keys I requested.  Very easy and great service.  Price is very reasonable too at $70 for the service call and $15/lock change.

Job 1: Rekeying was completed quickly and as scheduled.
Job 2: A door latch stopped working on the weekend, called Vogels, and got helpful feedback from the person on call. He offered troubleshooting advice by phone then recommended that we schedule someone to come out and look at door. The technician completed the job during the week. Technician was extremely nice and informative.

The locksmith was on time and professional. I didn't know what price to expect, but it was much lower than my guess. This experience puts this company in my personal A-list of contractors.

It was cheap compared to everybody else that I called. I was extremely pleased with their service. The price was excellent. I have no qualms whatsoever for the amount of work that was done and the type of work. I had no qualms paying what I did. The technician arrived within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time, which was perfect. They gave me a 4 hour window with a time and he arrived about 15 minutes early.

I would contact Vogel's again if I ever need a locksmith.

When Vogel's arrived, they told us that they were all different brands, and if we wanted a single key, most would need to be replaced. Despite the fact that they had the necessary locks, they informed me that I could save a lot of money if I just so happened to acquire the locks myself from a hardware store. I found the exact locks at a nearby store for half the cost (saving me well over $150) AND they managed to rearrange their schedule to perform the installation that same day. The work itself was performed well and very quickly.

There were other people cheaper and he seemed a little expensive.

.They are trustworthy and have a great reputation. When your dealing with locks for your home that means something. They aren't cheap but I think its worth it. They were actually alittle early getting here. I would use them again.

They came out in a timely way. They put all the external doors on the same key which was really nice. They put patterns on my keys like sports teams. He brought me 12 keys and all of them worked perfectly the first time.

This is our local locksmith and he is excellent and very competent and prompt. I will continue to use his services in the future.

It is a family business that has been around for 50 or 60 years, and everybody in Ann Arbor uses them. They come very quickly and do the work very quickly. They always do excellent work. I would rate them highly and would most definitely use them again in the future.
